Tried Bella Italiana for the first time to celebrate a graduation & it was the best decision. The ambiance is homey yet chic & the service was impeccable, thanks to our amazing server Sara! We were 11 & all of us could attest to just how delicious everything was & how minimal the wait was. The presentation, the taste, & the portions were great. For pasta, I tried the Cavatelli al Pesto & Pappardelle ai Porcini, & both were amazing. For pizza I tried the Caprino, Caprese, Margherita, & the now favorite, the Caprino. Having tried various items, I know Bella Italiana is definitely the place to satisfy every palate. The food was simply perfect. There's also great tiramisu! Will definitely be back!
I discovered Bella Italiana a couple of summers ago, & it's become a must-visit every time I'm in Montreal. This family-run gem offers the most amazing food, & the risotto is absolutely phenomenal. They always prepare it just the way I like it! The wood-fired pizza is another highlight, with a dough that's gentle on the stomach. It's truly five stars across the board!
The atmosphere is warm & welcoming, & you really feel like part of the family every time you visit. They even do catering, & their hospitality is top-notch. The staff always remembers me, & each visit feels like a reunion. Bella Italiana is simply amazing!'

Just left from a last minute engagement surprise party & I could not be happier with our choice of coming to La Bella Italiana. The staff was so accommodating, the food was great, & we had a great time. A very special thank you to Sara who went above & beyond even accommodating us with all we needed for our young baby. We will surely be back soon.

Encore une autre belle expérience à la bella Italina! Malgré notre arrivé tardif & le fait que le restaurant etait assez rempli, ils n ont pas hésité a nous accepter & a nous trouver une table. La pizza est vraiment wawww, 10/10, les pâtes aussi ainsi que le service de Sarra qui etait exceptionnel! Sans oublier les glaces! Bref je recommande fortement.

Came from Laval.Was in mood for a REAL pizza,& decided to come eat here.Well worth the trip,no regrets,ambiance was noisy,buts that's because it was also Grand Prix wknd.
Asked the young 18yr old waitress ,who I 4got her name & apologize 4 that,what she would suggest,& she suggested the Bella Italiana, OH MY GOD,she nailed it was honestly amazing.
She then suggested these Bacci balls stuffed with cheese & Nutella.Honestly that was the icing on the cake.Definately will go again
La Bella Italiana is a true gem in Montreal - offering authentic Italian cuisine, warm hospitality, & elegant ambiance. Their wood oven pizza is simply the best in the entire city - perfectly crisp, richly flavorful, & unmistakably Italian. A must-visit for lovers of la dolce vita.

The food is awesome,
to start we ordered the Arugula & Parmesan salad , one of the best we've had in Montreal .
My wife had a classic wood even pizza 🍕 it was delicious ( I finished it ,no take home tonight)
I had the Veal Parmesan with pasta Arabiata sauce , the meat was cooked to perfection & the pasta al dente .
There's a daily chalk board menu (Veal among others) with a nice selection of main dishes.
Our waiter Sam was the nicest , patient & thorough . We needed of nothing as he was on top of his game .
What a beautiful spot to dine,
once you walk in you forget your on Jean-Talon street.
The atmosphere was bistro style , we were 4 & did not feel cramped at all ,the banquette was so comfortable.
Busy place on a weekend it seems, so we were glad that a reservation had been made .
We recommend this place very much & we will be back again for sure 😉.

Great service. Local gem of Italian pizza pasta & main courses. We had a rose penne, veal Parmesan, spaghetti bolognese , calamari, margarita pizza & Bella Italian pizza.
All amazing & authentic. Calamari is done perfectly with minimal grease. Lots of meat sauce in the bolognese. Pizza is wood burning so amazing.
The service is amazing the staff are so genuine. Great family spot for us whenever we are in the area.
La cuisine est excellente, le service sympathique & décontracté. Il est préférable de réserver à l'avance, du moins le vendredi soir! Peu d'intimité entre les tables. La pizza Bella Italiana vaut le détour!
We went to La Bella Italiana for our first time. Celebrating father's day Calamari friti were perfect, gnochi delicious, pasta excelent Food is authentic italian, tastes very Mediterranean. Gelato is very very good We will definitely return to taste the pizzas

My family buys pizza here regularly. If you want stove baked pizza, you can't go wrong with Bella Italia. The pasta is also excellent!
