First time trying this place for brunch & all I can is it won't be the last! Our server Paulina was so pleasant & provided so many recommendations. Went with the pulled pork Grilled Cheese with caramelized onion & the morning grilled cheese that came with ham, cheese, eggs with some maple syrup. That really hit the spot! I did not expect it to have this crust layer on top that made it stand out along with the taste on that first bite! For the drinks, a home made lemonade with blueberry hibiscus which is now on my top 2 of all time favs, just the right amount of sweetness, & a tropical latte, what unique & tasteful latte! All I can say is trust Paulina! She made the experience so much more pleasant by taking care of us!

We will be definitely coming back here!

We were a group of 4 that arrived on Sunday early morning before the brunch rush. There were two other tables (group of 3 & 2) occupied at the time we arrived. The place is very small & their kitchen is part of the dining room so you can see all the action. They had two (?) portable induction hot plates & a tiny microwave & the smallest deep fryer.

The server was very nice & friendly but nonetheless it was hard to get his attention & overall service was very very slow. We arrived at 915am, got our coffees at 9:39am & we placed our food then. Food arrive between 10:18am - 10:21am. As mentioned, their kitchen is very small & there was only one cook. I don't know if they were understaffed or if this is the norm but 40mins to receive brunch food when we planned to beat Sunday brunch rush isn't exactly what we were expecting.

The long wait didn't help the fact tha we were seated in the back corner with a bench (for two), a bucket style chair & a backless metal stool which was very uncomfortable & much taller than the table, which added to the discomfort.

Food & drinks were good, nothing to complain there. I requested over medium eggs (they said they don't poach but rather fry the eggs), but my dish came with fully cooked eggs. I didn't ask them to remake them knowing it will be a while before my dish would be returned to me.

If I were to return, I'd order in advance & opt to so take out instead of dining in.

Super petit resto de quarter. Belle selection de plat pour le brunch, concentrés sur les produits locaux. Le personnel est très sympathique & attentionné. Les café glaces sont vraiment excellents & les grilles cheeses sont absolument décadent!! À essayer!!

La bouffe dej est excellente, les prix sont super raisonnables pour la qualité (ce qui devient rare à Montréal), & l'endroit est toujours propre & chaleureux. Le proprio est vraiment sympathique, on sent qu'il est passionné. Ils ont aussi une super belle sélection de vins pour les sunset . Que ce soit pour un brunch tranquille ou un verre le soi

Went for a coffee to-go & ended up staying for the grilled cheese. Both the coffee & the grilled cheese were delicious, & we enjoyed them on the terrace at the back on a nice sunny morning. The staff is very friendly & knowledgeable & the service was excellent. Can't wait to come back on a weekend to try their brunch menu!

Je suis allée bruncher avec une amie ce matin & on a vraiment aimé l'ambiance, la bouffe & le service! On a pris les pancakes & grilled cheese, délicieux :)

Best coffee in Verdun! Burgers & weekend brunch are amazing as well. Great atmosphere & friendly staff too, you will not be disappointed!
