my husband & I stopped in to look for some Italian products & were assisted by a tall young gentleman who made the entire experience exceptional. We felt genuinely cared for & left with exactly what we were hoping to find. He offered us a miniature plate of antipasto to enjoy while we waited, a thoughtful touch that made the visit feel like a true Italian experience. Ça faisait quelques temps qu'on était pas venu, le service était un peu mieux avant. Cette fois-ci, on ne nous a pas vraiment conseillé sur le fromage, ou les sauces dans le sandwich par exemple (on s'en était rendu compte trop tard pour arranger nos sandwichs). On ressentait la différence dans le service & le sandwich. Ça restait quand même bon, je pense que si on passait par làde nouveau, on réessayera peut-être de nouveau!
