Service très lent, j'ai attendu 30 minutes environ pour enfin arrivé à la caisse & me faire dire qu'ils n'ont plus de tapioca pour les prochaines 15,20 minutes...aussi ne peuvent pas faire de grand car la machine est brisée ce qui peux arriver. Donc je suis partie & je suis revenu plus tard. (Je comprend juste pas que une place de bubble tea au milieu de la journée n'ai pas de tapioca de prêt) mais bon autre que ça l'employé qui nous as servie était très gentille & souriante.View more

The staff is not helpful at all; I mean, I went there & didn't really know how bubble tea works, so I said "it's the first time I'm choosing", & the employee said "it's okay". Seriously.. I've been to there 3 times, thinking that I'm the problem & I just need to choose a better drink, but honestly, I don't want to come back because it's not really clear which flavor goes with which toppings, juices & teas. I've ordered "strawberry Bublé tea" at another place & it was just amazing without any complications, maybe this place should add such choices, too, to take care about new customers; & definitely change the staff & hire friendlier people.
