"Had a bubble milk tea. I ordered a chocolate boba milk drink with soy milk. Gave me regular milk instead. Before this, I went many times and the there were no problems except this time. I am never going back again. Can't even follow a basic order. This was a costly mistake on their part because I'm severely lactose intolerant."
