I went to the Vaudreuil L2 today with my daughter & we were served by Laura. She was so patient & friendly. I have to say, I've avoided L2 for sometime because I'm overwhelmed by all of the choices lol. Laura took the time to explain the menu & was so sweet. We'll go back for sure!!!
I'm a regular L2 customer & always get my Matcha Milk Tea with added cheese foam for an extra cost, today (24th April) , there was a weird lady who denied adding the cheese foam for whatever the freaking reason.

C'était très achalandé, en 15 minutes les employés n'ont servis seulement 2 boissons. J'ai finalement rien pris. Tout le monde attendais pendant que aucune commande roulais. C'était une garderie
Had a bubble milk tea. I ordered a chocolate boba milk drink with soy milk. Gave me regular milk instead. Before this, I went many times & the there were no problems except this time. I am never going back again. Can't even follow a basic order. This was a costly mistake on their part because I'm severely lactose intolerant.

On a essayé 2 smoothies avec ma femme. Un grand & un moyen. Ils ont plusieurs saveurs & combinaisons. Presque 20$! Ils sont bons! À 10$ la boisson c'est une gâterie! Je me vois pas aller là tous les jours.... Très petit local. Il y a 4 chaises de bars à droite & rien à gauche pour s'asseoir malgré un espace prévu?! Ils veulent un pourboire quand on payent avec la machine.... évidemment!🙄. Tu donne un pourboire & même pas un merci! Pas un regard.... pas de sourire.... Vous travaillez au service à la clientèle, un sourire & un merci; à bientôt, ça ne coûte rien!! La tête de la jeune fille qui nous a servie ne me fera peut-être pas revenir....
