Overall, L2 Bubbletea offers a wide variety of teas and a cozy space to hang out, with generally good service and some helpful staff who offered to remake a drink or suggest sakura pearls; however, some experiences were less positive, including a pumpkin tea that tasted like tea but had no pumpkin flavor and was overly sweet, a night staff member described as rude, and minor issues like fruit flies in the area. A milk tea with tapioca is often recommended, and the taro option has mixed reception among customers.
I have passed this dessert & bubble tea shop more than a few times & while the advert at the entrance looks inviting, going up the stairs takes an extra effort.
I am very glad, I did this time. The L2Lounge looks inviting with lots of seating places, looking very comfortable. The seats are placed so that each group feels like their own private cubicle. Drawing display on the wall is contemporary & jazzy.
I like when I see a place that looks to be bright, well maintained & clean.
We had just finished our lunch somewhere else & now ordered one'crème molle' of mixed macha & taro as we are fond of both flavours. Instead of expecting the usual insolent remarks of many servers in that neighbourhood, being not entirely happy of ordering just one item, the question from the lady behind the counter was'do you want one spoon or two?' This is what I call customer service at its best. For this treatment alone, I will definitely come again & bring friends. This is going to be my favorite dessert place in this area.
The ice-cream was just delicious, creamy & tasting all natural ingredients, with the price being very descent. There are numerous bubble tea options that look very appetizing & would be on my next visit. This is a dessert gem, worth exploring.
Je ne recommande pas dutout cette place, c'est le pire service client que j'ai eu!!! Il y avait énormément d'attente, plusieurs personne ont attendu plus de 45 min pour leur commandes. Après presque 1h d'attente ont décide de demander si notre commande arrive bientôt, pour nous faire dire qu'il a déjà donné cette commande a d'autre personnes. Il refuse catégoriquement de nous donner nos breuvages (même si sa fait je rappele 55min qu'on attendait) & arrête simplement de nous parler/répondre pour passer a la prochaine personne. Donc en résumé 1h plus tard on est ressorti de la ayant payé 15$ pour des breuvages qu'on aura jamais eu, très fâchée & assoiffés.

If I could give a 0 stars I would've chosen that option, the mango matcha literally made me throw up, & didn't have an ounce of matcha inside, I would rather spend my money (10$) elsewhere (maison cafe lasalle)
Temps d'attente très long, on a attendu plus de 50 min pour finalement qu'ils se trompent de commande. Des clientes avant nous sont partis après qu'elles aient été oublié. Trop de clients,pas assez de staff & un gérant qui n'a pas l'air de se soucier de la clientèle. C'était un de mes endroits préférés à une certaine époque mais aujourd'hui, je ne recommande plus.
Lieu sympa avec beaucoup de place & plusieurs choix de thé (oolong, assam, earl grey…). Malheureusement j'ai voulu goûter celui à la citrouille, ça avait un bon goût de thé certes mais ça n'avait absolument aucun goût de citrouille même léger ou arrière ton. J'ai même demandé au vendeur s'il était sûr d'en avoir mis & par gentillesse il me l'a refait mais c'était inbuvable car pour mettre plus de goût de citrouille je crois que c'est aussi mettre plus de sucre. Dommage c'était écoeurant au final, recette à revoir sur celui-ci du moins
Le gars était gentil & serviable, il nous a demander si on voulais essayer les perles sakura. La boisson que j'ai commander avait un goût différent de celui auquel je suis habitué.

Have had better bubble tea spots within the city. The kiosk is not user friendly & if you're a regular bubble tea drinker, the drinks will taste a little off from what you're normally used to.
Hum on attendu super longtemps & celui qui prenait les commandes ne voulait pas nous parlez. Ils nous a ignoré pour un petit bout alors qu'il n'y avait personne dans le restaurant
