Food is basic, nothing special or particularly flavorful. Typical fast food chain taste. I've been here a few times, always the same. One time, I got spoiled milk in my coffee. I wish the souvlaki place was still here. They were the best!Voir plus

We had a wonderful breakfast experience at L'OEufrier (Mile End). The menu offered an impressive variety, with something for everyone to enjoy. The staff were incredibly kind & professional, making us feel welcome & well taken care of. The atmosphere was calm, cheerful, bright, & spotless-perfect for starting the day on a positive note. Fidèle client depuis bientôt un an, j'ai pu constater la réduction des quantités depuis plusieurs mois. Habitué au Gros Gourmand, un brunch à l'origine très copieux, je me retrouve désormais avec une assiette au 3/4 remplie & avec un appétit à peine comblé. La qualité de mon brunch s'est dégradée avec le temps & je le regrette. Le service est toujours autant impeccable mais je n'accepte plus de repayer 70$ pour une 2 pour ce brunch.Voir plus

Overall, our experience at this restaurant was nice, but we were very disappointed with the menu & the supposed gluten-free options. The menu claimed to offer gluten-free dishes, but in reality, there were none. When we mentioned that one of us was celiac, the owner refused to serve our friend, seemingly due to a lack of understanding of what celiac disease actually is.
From what we gathered, the restaurant's so-called gluten-free options were not truly gluten-free, as they used the same grill & toaster for all meals. This made the experience quite unpleasant. What was even more frustrating was that the owner didn't communicate this himself but instead had the server deliver the bad news. This put her in an uncomfortable position, which was completely understandable.
That being said, the service itself was excellent. Our server was kind, accommodating, & did everything she could to make us feel comfortable. She was genuinely sorry about the situation & even decided not to charge our friend for the smoothie bowl she ordered. While this was a very kind gesture on her part, it's disappointing that the owner didn't take responsibility for the misunderstanding & cover the cost himself.
What made this even worse was that our friend had called the restaurant a day prior to confirm that gluten-free options were available, & they assured her there were. Unfortunately, this turned out to be false, which led to a frustrating & disappointing experience.
Would we return? Definitely not. While the service was great, the lack of transparency about their gluten-free options & the way the situation was handled by the owner left a bad impression. If you have dietary restrictions, especially celiac disease, I would strongly advise caution before dining here.Voir plus

Nous sommes allés manger dans ce restaurant le 11/10/24 en début d'après-midi. La nourriture était très bonne, & mention spéciale à notre serveuse qui nous a offert un excellent service. Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr !Voir plus

Très Déçu de notre expérience. Le frappé glacé Oreo qu'on a commandé était très liquide, exactement comme un lait au chocolat (voir photo- les laits frappés sont supposés être onctueux & épais, & non avoir une séparation du liquide comme on voit sur la photo!!!) Nous l'avions mentionné à une serveuse qui a constaté que notre boisson semblait liquide avec juste de la mousse par dessus, donc elle est allée vérifier avec la cuisine. Elle est revenue pour dire qu'elle s'excusait qu'on n'aimait pas le frappé, mais qu'ils lui ont dit que c'est comme ça. C'est 9$ plus TX & pourboire pour le "frappé" donc ça revient à 12$!!!! Ça ne vaut pas la peine pour quelque chose qui goûte comme du lait au chocolat Oreo + dose d'espresso. Tanpis pour nous. Ensuite, les oeufs brouillés n'était pas assez cuit selon moi, je les ai trouvé vraiment trop mouillés. Les patates était bonnes. Le pain super bon. Mon bol de fruits était bon sauf pour un raisin vert moisi. Le personnel est correct. On a du attendre 15min avant qu'on nous offre un café. Nous ne reviendrons pasVoir plus
