Great place to get breakfast poutine. There weren't as many cheese curds as I'd typically expect on a poutine but I think that's fine for a breakfast poutine. This is not a criticism but just to correct another review, this place is not dog-friendly. I tried bringing my dog because another review said they allow dogs on the outdoor patio, but when I tried to do this, they said it wasn't allowed.View more
Fast & friendly, fresh orange juice was deliciousView more
Came to Montreal for the Canada Day weekend & our hotel told us to try this place out & we were not disappointed!! Food was great & the service even better. They're poutines are huge & delicious 100% recommendView more
Food is alright for a tourist trap, nothing to write home about. Unlike the other Montreal staples, they have yet to figure out hospitality. The service was god awful. I got stuck with the goofy looking long haired guy with the bad posture & dirty finger nails. Bad attitude, unhygienic, poor work ethic(I would like to think this is a nepo hire). It's understandable to hate your job, but at least pretend to act like you're interested in being there. That starts with taking a shower & looking presentable. Waiting ten mins for acknowledgment is one thing, being called rude when we had to ask your coworker to bring us the bill as she was the only one with any sense of competency is another. Judging by more recent reviews this place could use a new front of house staff. Judging by how dirty your front stairs & patio are, you could probably use some new ownership as well. The fact that you (the owner) is about to copy paste the same survey response as you have to your other 500+ poor reviews demonstrates that point.View more
We absolutely loved our trip to l'oeufrier when we were in Montreal. & as a bonus, it was right below our airbnb. The food was delicious, & the menu held a large variety of options. The coffee was Lavazza, so this Italian was extremely happy! The staff was lovely & we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Merci!View more
Amazing & a generous amount food, incredibly fast the staff were amazing. 10/10 would recommendView more
Slow service, but charming breakfast/brunch spot. For such an extensive menu, the only vegan items were oats or fruit/smoothie based. They have vegan sausage as a side, but no vegan meals which is a wasted opportunity.View more
Quaint little hole-in-the-wall breakfast restaurant with delicious food & attentive servers. The breakfast poutine is so quintessentially Quebequois that you have to try it onceView more
Tres bons plats copieux excellent service.
Place has great food, English menus & decent service. They had these weird breakfast tacos on killer bread. Would highly recommend. The spicy hollandaise sauce we great tooView more
Best breakfast waffle have ever had in a long time. I ordered the waffle with fruits on top & it took me back to the time I had the real Belgian waffle in Belgium. The only thing missing to make it better is to have melted chocolate syrup on top as an option. Service was excellent with a very friendly staff.View more
It was a crazy busy Monday morning (memorial day so tons of US visitors) & seemed understaffed. But the staff hustled their butts off & made sure we had a nice meal before running out to catch the train. Owners should put more people on for a date like this! Staff totally rose to the occasion but it wasn't fair to themView more
Great menu & selection of items - interesting poutine & taco style breakfast. Terrible wait time. Breakfast should not take TWO hours. 30 minutes to get seated & one hour to get served. Customers that came after us were getting their food first, & then after waiting one hour for our food, we are told that an item we ordered is not available (Mac & cheese breakfast). Again, the food was good. Service needs lots of improvement. I understand that you seemed to be understaffed but there needs to be respect of people's time is necessary. If you know food will take an hour because you have one cook, you need to let the customer know. The waiter was friendly though so I respect that. Doing this for constructive criticism & not to hurt the business.. Two hours for breakfast is unacceptable.View more
Great choice for brunch in downtown Montreal. A lot of menu options from classic breakfast, eggs benedict, breakfast poutine, omelettes, & also lunch diner options. Might have a bit of a line up during peak hours.View more
