Lovely place to go for breakfast with kind staff.View more
We went for breakfast today. The food was not bad but service was terrible: The waiter was arrogant & not helpful. He was not happy when my son was hesitant about his order & wanted to stop the order instead of taking the ones from the rest of us & come back to him. My eggs came with shives even though it was not put in the menu, when i said i dont like shives he said he can only change it if pay 50% of a new order. In addition he got me the wrong coffee. I will never go back there.View more
We stayed at Best Western Plus downtown & this brunch place was a 3 mins walk from our hotel. It was busy in the morning & there was a line up. We ordered their breakfast sandwiches & poutine, it was tasty & quite filling!View more
Delicious & casual breakfast chain .
The options are plentiful & the food simple & delicious.
For the Americans, it's like a Denny's or IHOP in terms of a chain. But their food quality is higher than the American counterparts - cooked fresh & served in large portions.View more
Amazing, unique take on breakfast with a wide ranging menu. Service & atmosphere was delightful!View more
I had the best experience & the best service! The food was amazing & the restaurant is super clean 😊! Will be going back for sure! Highly recommend this breakfast spot in Montreal Downtown!View more
Fantastic breakfast & iced coffees! Only criticism would be that the total cost for two people was $70.00...which is quite a lot for breakfast. Of course, you won't need lunch after thatView more
Their drinks are really good! Their servers are friendly & the wait is usually not very long.
For brunch/breakfast, the food is average but not bad.
It is nice though that they have turkey bacon for those who don't eat pork.View more
Not the best when you get seated & ignored for 20mins afterwards. First breakfast place I've been to where I wasn't served coffee or water once seated. Food was decent yet for a small dining area it would be nice to get some service.View more
Food was good. Service was very good & exceedingly friendly. Would totally recommend if I you're in the area & looking for a reliable breakfast.View more
L'Oeufrier was a fun restaurant I went to for breakfast. The food I had was delicious, & the latte I got was fantastic. The reason why I gave this place a 4/5 is because it is extremely pricey for breakfast food, second, the portions are tiny for the amount you're paying. Otherwise, a great spot, very touristy, & always busy. Service was great & my waitress was very nice.View more
A very nice, clean restaurant, with very, very good service with a wide menu for all tastes & an exquisite breakfast with spectacular coffee, I recommend it.View more
One of my favorite breakfast spots when visiting Montreal 😋 try the strawberry pancakes 🥞 😋View more
Having brunch at L'Oeufrier brought me to the ER today. We loved this place & used to eat here every month or two. Today we decided to eat again but I got my ankle twisted just in front of the entrance. As it turned out, the asphalt in front of the entrance was in terrible condition, as you can see on the photos. The restaurant decided it was a good idea to just cover all those pieces of asphalt with a piece of rubber. My foot slipped on one of the pieces & I ended in the ambulance. So, here's a request to the owner: according to the staff, you are aware of this problem, so please either repair this area or at least don't cover it so people can see where they are stepping. I was lucky not to have a fracture, but another person might not be so lucky. One more thing: the food got worse. We decided to have breakfast anyway before heading to the hospital (our waiter offered to put it on the house). My pancakes & my partner's waffles were downright tasteless & even sour, not sweet at all. Very disappointing experience. I hope new owner will take all that into consideration & make some changes. The only good thing about this situation was attitude of the personnel. They treated me with a huge empathy & offered help immediately. Thank you.View more

Best breakfast in town. Doesn't matter the location you choose.View more
Great place to get breakfast poutine. There weren't as many cheese curds as I'd typically expect on a poutine but I think that's fine for a breakfast poutine. This is not a criticism but just to correct another review, this place is not dog-friendly. I tried bringing my dog because another review said they allow dogs on the outdoor patio, but when I tried to do this, they said it wasn't allowed.View more
Slow service, but charming breakfast/brunch spot. For such an extensive menu, the only vegan items were oats or fruit/smoothie based. They have vegan sausage as a side, but no vegan meals which is a wasted opportunity.View more
Quaint little hole-in-the-wall breakfast restaurant with delicious food & attentive servers. The breakfast poutine is so quintessentially Quebequois that you have to try it onceView more
Place has great food, English menus & decent service. They had these weird breakfast tacos on killer bread. Would highly recommend. The spicy hollandaise sauce we great tooView more
Best breakfast waffle have ever had in a long time. I ordered the waffle with fruits on top & it took me back to the time I had the real Belgian waffle in Belgium. The only thing missing to make it better is to have melted chocolate syrup on top as an option. Service was excellent with a very friendly staff.View more
Great menu & selection of items - interesting poutine & taco style breakfast. Terrible wait time. Breakfast should not take TWO hours. 30 minutes to get seated & one hour to get served. Customers that came after us were getting their food first, & then after waiting one hour for our food, we are told that an item we ordered is not available (Mac & cheese breakfast). Again, the food was good. Service needs lots of improvement. I understand that you seemed to be understaffed but there needs to be respect of people's time is necessary. If you know food will take an hour because you have one cook, you need to let the customer know. The waiter was friendly though so I respect that. Doing this for constructive criticism & not to hurt the business.. Two hours for breakfast is unacceptable.View more
Great choice for brunch in downtown Montreal. A lot of menu options from classic breakfast, eggs benedict, breakfast poutine, omelettes, & also lunch diner options. Might have a bit of a line up during peak hours.View more
