I would give it a 4 star, but I had to knock it to a 3 star because the front next to the entrance seems like a complete afterthought. The floor is just cement & has potholes, weird choice. Also the windows are not insulated at all so a draft comes in easy. Instead of breaking the space with smaller seats & tables, they put 8 massive armchairs with tiny coffee tables & 1 square & chairs over at a tiny nook. They could have gone for a more inviting & cozier vibe, but this is only the front so I guess its more for fast foot traffic visits. The back has the cozier lighting & shared board tables for students.
Overall, i like the coffee & donuts, pretty affordable.
I feel like the atmosphere could be better & more cohesive.
so first of all i love krispy kreme okay i always go to the one near concordia i asked the girl to give me a small caramel latte instead she gave me a cold probably already made latte from hours ago & when asked her why is it called it's usually piping hot she said oh i did warm the milk though which now i think is a weird answer i always see that my coffee takes time to be made but she served me in less than a min so overall im not happy & now i can't trust this location with a thing

Best doughnuts glad to know theres this one is convenient & 2 spot to park next to it they give navy type ?little hats that can substitute as plate to reheat

We order 2 dozen then thry gave us only 1 , we call them & they said you can cancel the one & we can process the refund. WHAT an idea? No wonder they receive a lot of bad comment because of the bad attitude.
I just bought a dozen donuts for the first time, 7 mr snoopy, 1 biscoff & 4 regular. The donuts taste stale. I have tried calling the store twice & it just rings & rings. I dont have my bill anymore to respond to the satisfaction survey, & I cant find an email anywhere to contact anyone. Im very upset
The doughnut was delicious like usual but the latte was so bad, I actually had to come on here & write something. Tasted like hot water with milk froth on top, 0 flavour, I threw it out after a couple sips lol.
Beignets a emporter, serveur souriant & patient. Lieu propre & tout est bien rangé. Musique de fond sympathique. Les gens sont zen & les beignets sont bons.
Comme d'habitude, je suis passé ce matin & j'ai encore une fois apprécié l'excellent service, l'ambiance calme & tranquille, ainsi que les beignets toujours aussi délicieux

Je suis passé ce matin pour découvrir les beignets d'Halloween, & c'était un vrai régal ! La jeune fille ( Aye) qui m'a accueilli était adorable, très attentionnée & avec une belle sourire Elle m'a proposé de goûter le'sac à bonbons'… un pur délice ! 🥰
J ai passé aujourd'hui vers 15h le service est excellent, avec des employés au comptoir très compétents & des informations de très haute qualité, Le service est vraiment top ! Les employés au comptoir sont super compétents & fournissent des informations de très haute qualité. Merci à vous 🤗
I went today at around 11am, the young lady was so kind, helpful & welcoming. Thank you very much! Also, the place was very clean, & cute. Will definitely be coming here more often.
