I would give it a 4 star, but I had to knock it to a 3 star because the front next to the entrance seems like a complete afterthought. The floor is just cement & has potholes, weird choice. Also the windows are not insulated at all so a draft comes in easy. Instead of breaking the space with smaller seats & tables, they put 8 massive armchairs with tiny coffee tables & 1 square & chairs over at a tiny nook. They could have gone for a more inviting & cozier vibe, but this is only the front so I guess its more for fast foot traffic visits. The back has the cozier lighting & shared board tables for students.
Overall, i like the coffee & donuts, pretty affordable.
I feel like the atmosphere could be better & more cohesive.

so first of all i love krispy kreme okay i always go to the one near concordia i asked the girl to give me a small caramel latte instead she gave me a cold probably already made latte from hours ago & when asked her why is it called it's usually piping hot she said oh i did warm the milk though which now i think is a weird answer i always see that my coffee takes time to be made but she served me in less than a min so overall im not happy & now i can't trust this location with a thing

First, bad experience at this Krispi Kream Coté de Neige. The word JOY is written on the wall, but that's not what the place radiates. The guy who took our order was in a hurry even though the place was empty. They don't have lactose-free options for coffee. They didn't offer me any other options either; simply, WE DON'T HAVE ANY. I wanted to ask about the bagels, but before I could finish the word'Bagel,' the guy told me,'WE DON'T HAVE ANY.' We quickly ordered something else. Despite everything, we paid & were grateful for the poor service. Sadly, the service isn't good. Do they have bad working conditions? I don't know. But I won't be back.

Always a great experience at this specific location. The staff is amazing & sweet. They always have all the donut selections. The coffee is also very good!
