Krispy Kreme a commencé à faire des beignets glacés originaux il y a de cela plus de 80 ans. Il a fallu attendre le 11 décembre 2001 pour que l’expérience Krispy Kreme ne mette le pied au Canada, lors de l’ouverture du magasin de Mississauga, en Ontario. Peu après, les premiers magasins de Québec et de Montréal ont ouvert leurs portes. À partir de ce moment, Krispy Kreme est devenu une destination prisée de ceux qui savent apprécier la magie de nos beignets chauds et de notre café.

I just bought a dozen donuts for the first time, 7 mr snoopy, 1 biscoff & 4 regular. The donuts taste stale. I have tried calling the store twice & it just rings & rings. I dont have my bill anymore to respond to the satisfaction survey, & I cant find an email anywhere to contact anyone. Im very upset

The donuts were really good however they did not have more than half of the variety of donuts advertised prepared.

Worker only spoke french & was acting irritated that I was translating for my girlfriend. He just wanted us out & acted like asking him to put stuff in a box was destroying his day. 0/5 for staff
We ordered the new Harry Potter donuts for ourselves & some friends. The ones with filling were good, but the other two were very much lacking flavor, & tasted way too sugary.

I had the chocolate donut at Krispy Kreme, It was fresh, creamy & had butter in the inside. The price around $3. 20 was affordable compared to other such cafe chains. The location near Jewish General Hospital & short bus connection to Cote de neige metro make it convenient for students & Professionals alike.

Great donoughts- they stay pretty forest for like 2 - 3 days- this picture is from the internet because I forgot to take a pic of mine however the arrangement was similiar - Montreal location downtown was a good choice - make sure you get a box of the original donuts & an assortment of your liking , there so good , lots of calories so be wise or try to be :)

What you expect from the brand minus proper customer service. Once, twice, it could be my bad luck or someone's having a bad day, but on every single visit, I walked out shaking my head at the service. Seems I'm not the only one feeling the rudeness of people waorking at this branch. I was getting a mixed douzen for my kids who couldn't choose fast enough which prompted the server to "throw" the donuts into the box. I'd understand if it was busy & we were stalling other customers, but we were the only customers with 2 guys who were more interested on getting rid of us quickly to continue their chit chatting imstead of working. I got the donuts to share with family & friends gathering & everyone there had the exact same experience. Though it's a bit far in downtown with less parking, I'm not coming back to this location when I have the craving for KK.

This is the most amazing donut shop ever. The donuts were so good all my family liked it.& plus the cashier was so kind that when my daughter wanted to change a donut they gave us a free one. Sorry for the photo it was so good that we ate it all before thinking to add a comment.
