The woman working the drive thru today April 5th at 5:00pm should be retrained or switch to another job. Very snarky & rude just because we were english customers. We spoke french at first but, switched over to english as we're more anglophones & she absolutely refused to speak english & smiling with a huge grin on her face repeating the question until we would respond back in french.. to which we did but, she was CLEARLY playing a political power trip. Why should the customer be the one going the extra mile to accomodate the employee? BOTH languages should be spoken & understood by the staff.. which she did understand..but,didn't want to switch very obviously! I do restaurant reviews locally & will be sure to notify my followers to avoid this place for rude service. Good day!

Nos 2 Chocolats chaud étaient froids & dans les deux cas , nous buvions des « mottons » de poudre de temps à autre. Les beignes étaient super au moins.
The customer service was good & it was clean! The place is well decorated but the consistency of the donuts left me unimpressed so airy it was like biting into nothing & the dough had no flavor. I prefer Homer's 🤷🏽?♀?
A disappointing experience yesterday, March 16. The girl at the cash was quite rude, never smiled,& made the interaction feel uncomfortable for me & my little daughter as if we were a pain in her day!!A little friendly attitude goes a long way, especially in customer service. I hope management addresses this, as it really affects the overall experience.
Évidemment les beignes Krispy Kreme sont un incontournable & à cette succursale, ils peuvent vous les servir tout chaud, même si je préfère mon beigne froid & un peu croustillant
