Faire la file 30 minutes, pour te faire dire à la caisse qu'il n'y a plus de beignes originaux, & qu'il faut attendre 20 minutes pour en avoir... pas forts. Quelqu'un qui pourrait informer les clients en ligne aiderait beaucoup, on a pas juste ça à faire que d'attendre. Plusieurs personnes comme moi ont attendues pour rien, car on avaient plus de temps.
Le service est normal, pas rapide, ni trop lent. Il manque de places à l'intérieur. Les chaises ne sont ancrées dans le sol, ce qui fait que les gens prennent celles-ci, & que plusieurs tables en ont plus.

Just got a box of 12 donuts from Krispy Kreme Laval & I'm obsessed! 🤩 Huge variety, crazy fresh, & honestly, some of the best donuts I've had in a while. The staff were super friendly too! Highly recommend grabbing a box (or two) 😋. 5 stars ain't enough! The Best donut shop!
Ça a déjà été un de nos endeoits préférés. Leurs torsades aux pommes étaient excellentes. Étaient. Non, pas parce que la recette a changée... J'en sais rien. Non, parce qu'ils n'en ont jamais... Tu vas en début pm, ils disent qu'ils n'en ont plus, peut-être le soir. Tu y vas le soir, non, on n'en pas fait depuis le matin, venez le matin. Tu y vas le matin, non, on n'en a pas pour le moment. Je demande si je peux attendre & on me dit que ça prend 1h30 à faire & qu'il y en a pas en préparation. Donc, si je comprends bien, à 10h am, un élément du menu s'est si bien vendu qu'il n'y en a déjà plus, mais on n'en fait pas plus? Pourquoi l'avoir sur le menu alors? Bref, ça fait 3 mois que j'y vais quelques fois par semaine à différents moment de la journée pour cet item... Sans succès. Heureusement, Homer est pas loin & ils ont toujours tous les beignes qu'ils affichent!
J'étais vraiment contente! La dernière fois que je suis allée au Krispy kream c'était à Greenfield park & il n'y avait plus de beignes fourrés à la framboise & ici ce soir il y en avait plein! Le fille elle s'est gâtée solide: m'en suis clanché deux! Toujours aussi bon quand ça rentre!
The woman working the drive thru today April 5th at 5:00pm should be retrained or switch to another job. Very snarky & rude just because we were english customers. We spoke french at first but, switched over to english as we're more anglophones & she absolutely refused to speak english & smiling with a huge grin on her face repeating the question until we would respond back in french.. to which we did but, she was CLEARLY playing a political power trip. Why should the customer be the one going the extra mile to accomodate the employee? BOTH languages should be spoken & understood by the staff.. which she did understand..but,didn't want to switch very obviously! I do restaurant reviews locally & will be sure to notify my followers to avoid this place for rude service. Good day!

Nos 2 Chocolats chaud étaient froids & dans les deux cas , nous buvions des « mottons » de poudre de temps à autre. Les beignes étaient super au moins.
The customer service was good & it was clean! The place is well decorated but the consistency of the donuts left me unimpressed so airy it was like biting into nothing & the dough had no flavor. I prefer Homer's 🤷🏽?♀?
