2nd time I go there & they are OUT of original donuts. How can that be?

The original glazed is still the best, not too sweet compared to the others (oreo cookie, strawberry jelly with powdered sugar). The lady said it'll be 15 minutes because all the original glazed ran out. We waited for like 25 minutes, checked at the counter again only to find out it was her misunderstanding... Her co-worker said 50 minutes, not 15 minutes til the new batch is ready.

There were some'imperfect' original glazed, we just took those & left as it was Canada day & we're trying to get home before the storm.

Seriously over rated. Very standard, ordinary donuts. There is absolutely nothing special about them. Adding sparkles & cookies doesn't make them quality. It's an exciting, fun place for kids & teens that haven't seen better.

The service is excruciating long. Wouldn't go back. There are so many amazing donut shops that offer quality, originality & service. Don't settle for this overrated American chain.

Plus de beigne original & 30 minutes d'attente pour en avoir. En sachant que la fin de semaine il y a beaucoup de ventes, c'est ordinaire.

My boyfriend & I entered the shop & we noticed a lot of people were waiting at the cash & everybody seem confused about where to order because all the employees were not paying attention to the customers, talking to each other's & were on their phone. I had to asked myself where to order my food. We wanted to get original glazed donuts but they were unavailable, two minutes later, she said that it was'just here' on the racks but they were there the whole time I asked if there's any. The people that was in front of us were still waiting for their donuts, which it was just there the whole time.

I will give 5 stars for my donuts & if I could give zero for customer service & would've give zero.

Some of the best donuts ever!!!!!!! I decided to get a box or assorted & a box of originals today, the service was so quick & the donuts were very fresh! I also had amazing service from a worker named Addison, she was so kind to me & very sweet! She made my overall experience so much better with her positive attitude & extreme aura.

J'adore les beignes de krispy kreme original , SURTOUT quand Ils sont chauds & que je les vois s'en venir vers les caisses sur les petits rails ❤?☺?
Sinon quoi dire d'un beignes pas chaud & sec ?
C'est vraiment pas la même expérience bref..
scrapper pas notre plaisir SVP en n'en faisant trop à l'avance... ça gâche la marque de commerce & votre renommée. Ensuite on va continuer à se rendre à votre magasin svec joie ,comme ça krispy kreme disparaîtra pas de Laval encore .

What a wonderful smell of fresh doughnuts when we walk in!
Original glazed was freakin perfect! Still warm too, what a delight!! Themed holiday doughnuts available; so cute. Caramel lovers will enjoy these also. Just woderful stuff.
