greek(40) spanakopita(28) moussaka(15) fresh(13) authentic(12) coffee(11) pie(11) bougatsa(10) quality(9) recommend(9) tiropita(9) overpriced(9)Went here for the first time today to try the spanakopita. The crust is less flaky than other spanakopita's I have had, however that does make for a cleaner meal & making this a good snack for on-the-go. The filling is generous & well seasoned.
Great ambiance & very attentive service. Spanakopita & bougatsa are exquisite.
Jeez. We walked by after patronizing the bagel place next door on a full stomach. Even with a full stomach we destroyed a container of moussaka. Super authentic & tasty. This shop is very pretty too.
I'm greek...nice to walk into a greek cuisine place with traditional greek products little pricey but yeah, sometimes why not
Everything was delicious, familiar yet unique & fresh. Some items were a bit overpriced & it's a bit unfortunate that this business relies on so much plastic but at least they use metal containers & wooden cutlery too. I got the : Greek peas = comes hot, decently priced, rosette d'aubergine = maybe a bit overpriced? , comes hot. gigantes = decently priced, came hot. Fava= a bit overpriced, comes cold. 5 bean salad = overpriced, comes cold. Tirokafteri = overpriced, comes cold. Bean soup / fasolada = a bit overpriced, comes cold. Farro salad = overpriced, comes cold. Tomatokeftedes = a bit overpriced, comes cold. Kourabiedes (almond cookies)= so good & decently priced. The food was prepared fairly quickly & made it to me in time. It's easy to stop by & pick something up & the owner is really nice. I would order again. thank you for putting love into the business & making sure the quality stays high consistently
The spanakopita, pastitio & baklava are phenomenal. The food was fresh & flavorful, reminiscent of a home cooked meal. Niata is a fantastic spot in the Mile End with very friendly staff!
Very authentic place offering a lot of tasty Mediterranean options. Its welcoming ambiance with always smiling staff made me feel at home. I had a delicious handmade Spanakopita with Latte & a super Bougatsa. Highy recommended !!!
Had the three cheese spanakopita. Most delicious & fresh piece I've had in the city. There's nothing more to add. Also, the spot has a modern greek vibe & everyone in the spot was speaking greek. Absolutely amazing taste & everything about this spot feels good. Prices are fair but more on the expensive side. The quality of the food compensates this.
Best spanakopita in town, hands down. Tiropita, kotopita & smoke meat pita are also awesome. Love the portion size of the bougatsa & love how it's not overly sweet. The moussaka is top tier. Coffees are good. Owners & staff are always very pleasant & kind.
Excellent quality food & super friendly service! Great also for high quality Greek products. We’ll be back!
Best pita in Montreal & most authentic you will find! It reminds me of the spanakopita & tiropita you get in Greece. 10/10
Everything was so tasty & fresh. One of the best foods I’ve had in Montreal!
What a hidden gem!! Fresh food cooked every day, truly enjoyed our coffee & Tiropita. A must try when in the area.
