I no longer live in Montreal but every time I come back, I make a point to stop by here every single time. The food, the service, the drinks (best matcha & matcha cookies in all of Montreal), the people & the environment are all excellent. You feel so welcome & everything is high quality & super tasty. I would recommend this place to anyone. It truly feels like a safe space for community. Special shout out to the lovely couple who run Komma Rosta, they are the main reason I keep coming back 🙏
J'ai découvert le café Komma Rosta récemment & depuis je ne le quitte plus! Ce café a une ambiance particulière, très agréable, c'est définitivement mon café préféré sur la rue Wellington. Had lunch with my husband & toddlers (2 & 4 years old) & we had a great time. There is a little play area in the back & high chairs available. Food was great & owners really welcoming.
Nourriture délicieuse & personnel accueillant, ceux-ci connaissent bien leurs produits. Nous avons essayés beaucoup de plat sur le menu à partager, tous étaient délicieux. À essayer, ça en vaut le détour.
I never rate or comment but I can't help it today. In short this place brings me happiness. So much happiness. Everything is adorable from the authentic Japanese cooks, snacks, amazing food, to the homey feelings & occasional live music.
