The décor is slightly eclectic, with different types of seating, & the architecture lets in plenty of natural light. The café is also kid-friendly, with a dedicated play area. We ordered the Kitsune Udon, Japanese Curry Rice, & Kashiwa Mochi. All the dishes were well-balanced, & although they looked simple & homey, the flavours of each ingredient were highlighted beautifully & intentionally.
Mon endroit préféré à Verdun. C'est comme à la maison avec de la bonne musique. C'est un endroit chaleureux & cozy. On y retrouve des mets japonais concoctés avec amour (curry, onigiri, etc.). Je me suis pas une buveuse de café m, mais le thé y est très bon (matcha, hojicha, etc.).
C'est maintenant une institution de Verdun - super fusion café & saveurs japonaises ! & les onigiris sont parfait pour un pique-nique près du fleuve !
Café Komma Rosta is a fantastic little spot in Verdun that offers a warm & inviting atmosphere. We tried their udon soup along with one of their onigiri, & both were absolutely delicious. The udon was rich, flavorful, & incredibly comforting-perfect for a very cold day. The onigiri was fresh & well-balanced, making for a great complement to the meal. We also had a coffee, & it was excellent-smooth & well-brewed. The attention to quality really stands out. The ambiance is cozy & relaxed, making it an ideal place to unwind with good food & a great cup of coffee. The staff was friendly & welcoming, which added to the overall great experience. Definitely a place I'd return to!
Tout simplement mon endroit préféré à Verdun. Il ne faut pas hésiter à demander des recommandations aux employés, toujours de belles découvertes!
Tellement charmant comme endroit comme sa propriétaire & tellement délicieux!! Une magnifique découverte a Verdun !! Sans oublier que c'est kid friendly parfait pour les enfants!!!
Incroyable endroit. Excellente nourriture, breuvages & staff super accueillant! Pas mal mon endroit préféré à Verdun. Allez y!
