I'm giving two stars to get attention. I ordered a bean salad by delivery & it was one of the most unappealling things I've ever ate from a restaurant. The dressing tastes like water mixed with sugar & vegetable oil. It taste bad & on top of that the juice from the bean salad spilled everywhere in the delivery bag. the bag was ripped on delivery due to the dressing soaking through. The green beans in the salad are soggy & the dressing taste bad. my gyro was very tasty at least. Don't order the bean salad! The item should be reworked or removed from their menu.Voir plus
I organized my order for pick up through Uber eats. Everything was packed & ready for me when I arrived, it was great. However, my rice was overcooked & mushy. I had asked for utensils in the bag since I wouldn't be eating somewhere that had utensils for me to use. there were none & no tatziki with my order either. I've been to quite a few Kojax locations, & not all are the same. Some will give you souvlaki that had been cooked for quite a while, or they're heavy-handed with the seasoning, but at the Kirkland location, the food is always fresh, & the service is great.Voir plus
