The burger was surprisingly really good! Juicy patty, fresh bun, & the toppings were crisp. It tasted fresh & not greasy. Portion size was solid & service was fast. I'd definitely order it again.'

Les plats étaient très bons, conformes à ce que l'on peut attendre de la chaîne Kojax. Saveurs équilibrées, ingrédients frais, & portions généreuses. La qualité était au rendez-vous, comparable aux autres succursales que j'ai déjà visitées.
Service :
L'expérience a malheureusement été entachée par un service à la clientèle décevant. J'ai rencontré des difficultés à communiquer avec la personne responsable de la commande. L'échange manquait de clarté & de courtoisie, ce qui a rendu la visite désagréable. Pour cette raison, je donne une note de 2 étoiles sur 5 pour le service.
Conclusion :
Je ne prévois pas retourner à cette succursale de Kirkland. Toutefois, je continuerai de fréquenter d'autres Kojax, car j'apprécie toujours la qualité de leur nourriture. J'espère sincèrement que cette succursale pourra améliorer son accueil afin d'être à la hauteur des standards de la marque.

I love Greek food & preferred from UBER eats once.
This time it was okay. They were only 2 people at around 5:20PM.
The young man was working & doing good & silent while the Lady is working, slower & talking a lot.
That's not good. The man was working & being silent while the lady was talking a lot & & slow. If I was there I would have disciplined her. The Lady needs to talk less & change her attitude.
There were Uber Eats drivers & customers waiting. I understand she wants to talk but talk after work or when it is quiet. Not during a dinner rush.
The food was good & I was served by the gentleman.
Kojax Special was good. French fries were made hot & they cooked an extra batch the souvlaki was dry both chicken & pork but still good for me. Salad was perfect & the Pita bread with Meat sauce was good & delicious.
I will definitely try again in the near future & maybe just add one more employee or 3. Just to help. Because I heard her say we are short on people. Or work a little more efficiently.
The days of an old Greek man slapping a yero together in 30 seconds are over! I enjoyed 2 finely crafted traditional yeros. The best I've ever had from any Kojax! Thank you Skyler & team!
I'm giving two stars to get attention. I ordered a bean salad by delivery & it was one of the most unappealling things I've ever ate from a restaurant. The dressing tastes like water mixed with sugar & vegetable oil. It taste bad & on top of that the juice from the bean salad spilled everywhere in the delivery bag. the bag was ripped on delivery due to the dressing soaking through. The green beans in the salad are soggy & the dressing taste bad. my gyro was very tasty at least. Don't order the bean salad! The item should be reworked or removed from their menu.
