Restaurant vraiment accueillant, nourriture étonnante & délicieuse. Service hyper attentionné, c’est vraiment ce qui a fait toute la différence!

Coup de coeur pour les tater truffes! Les knuckles sont évidemment un must, la pâte un peu façon pretzel était incroyable. Je les ai trouvés un tantinet trop salés à mon goût, mais quand même miam! Le tartare de boeuf façon St-Hub; étonnant!

J’ai essayé les deux mocktails, un spritz au verjus & un margarita aux pêches, j’ai beaucoup aimé. Mes amies ont beaucoup apprécié les choix de vins également (pour y avoir goûté, je confirme, belle sélection).

Je n’ai pas vraiment réussi à être enthousiaste lors de ma visite à ce resto? C’est le genre de resto de quartier de 30-40 personnes que tu t’attends à avoir un service chaleureux, mais finalement c’est tout le contraire. Ça a pris 30 mins avoir de l’eau quand la table à côté venait d’arriver & ils ont été accueillis aussitôt. Les plats sont clairement overpriced, & aussi l’alcool. Il semble avoir assez de staff, mais ils sont complètement désorganisés. J’ai reçu mon verre de vin à mon avant dernière bouchée de mon plat principal … est ce que j’y retournerai ? Non ! P.S. pas certain que tous les reviews sont authentiques ;-)

C’était ma 2e fois au Knuckles & je leur fais désormais entièrement confiance sur la sélection du vin. Le personnel était bienveillant & le dessert aux pommes était un des meilleurs desserts que j’ai goûté dans un restaurant. Bravo !

Une découverte coup de cœur pour ce restaurant. Le service est impeccable & les mets sont tout aussi succulents les uns que les autres. Un véritable petit bijou de la restauration québécoise, & tout ça avec des produits locaux!
