Un restaurant décevant. La musique est trop forte. Il y a tellement de bruit fait par les serveurs. Ces derniers sont froids. Le tartare d'omble n'est pas du tout fondant, ce que nous sommes en droit d'attendre d'un tartare. Les asperges étaient trop lourdes à cause de la mayonnaise (gribiche) trop salée. La fleur de courgette (presque inexistante) accompagnée de beaucoup trop de crevettes cocktail étaient agrémentées d'une sauce rose bizarre bien trop salée & de chips maison molles. Les trois plats manquaient de saveur, de délicatesse & de finesse. La présentation était ordinaire, tout comme le service. Le vin était trop sucré. La note était vraiment trop salée pour ce que c'etait. Il existe tant de vrais bons restaurants dans le quartier (Tapeo, Meson, Casavant) que Knuckles n'arrive pas à accoter.
Découverte de cet excellent resto dans Villeray ce midi! Pizza pocket, salade de kale & guédille de crevettes sur baguette! Tout était délicieux! Envie d'y retourner pour le menu du soir! Superbe décor & service vraiment accueillant!

Local, fresh, creative, & delicious! I had Pleurotes Buffalo (fried mushroom & blue cheese dip) l, fleur de courgette (cold shrimp paté?), & gâteau à la rhubarbe for a dessert. I really liked the textures of them, they were on top. & the gateau à la rhubarbe was REALLY GOOD! The servers curated each menu & it definitely enhanced the experience. The only thing I could point out is that the food was overall pretty salty, personally.
Pour le lunch, j'ai dégusté une guédille aux crevettes nordiques &, en dessert, un délicieux Bombolone choco-camerise. Tout était vraiment savoureux & frais, avec des saveurs simples comme j'aime. L'équipe est super sympa. J'ai déjà hâte de revenir!

Excellent vibe, service was really nice & cool, food was good & genuine. We we not so sure about the lamb tartare Kibbeh, it was a bit bland, but the knuckles are to die for!
Super soirée dans ce resto de quartier : nourriture exceptionnelle, gros coup de coeur pour le tartare d'agneau & sa petite sauce à la menthe & pour la salade de Kale avec sa micro julienne de pomme de terre. On nous a aussi conseillé des vins qu'on n'avait jamais bu ailleurs, des accords vraiment heureux avec nos plats. On y retournera.
This place is ridiculously delicious. Everything we ate was next-level amazing! Perfect balance of fine dining & comfort food. Decor was super chill & the waitstaff were all friendly & attentive without being overbearing.

Knuckles is my favourite restaurant in Montreal. It is hands down the best food, most unpretentious vibes, & most passionate team who truly care about where they source their food & ingredients from. Time & time again, I tell everyone to eat here & they LOVE it. If you love eating from many dishes, sharing, & trying amazing wines, go to knuckles!
