I placed an order to be delivered to my 87 year old mother who had been unwell & in emergency without sleep overnight & had no energy to prepare food for dinner. I am not in the same city & could only order something to accommodate her dietary restrictions.
I spoke to someone by phone & explained, & they were lovely.
The soup they delivered really hit the spot (delicious). & their effort to give my mother an extra something went above & beyond. The attached image is how her order arrived.
