Not authentic Japanese ramen, cooked by some trained young local chef. Overall, the restaurant feel very coperate & commercial, they really tried hard to mimic the authentic ramen flavour though.
I have had the original pork ramen in this visit.
Meat- not the rolled Chashu
Noodle- the alkaline taste is quite obvious, thick noodle still quite thin, more stiff than chewy
Pork Broth- salty, but not oily enough, not thick & not creamy, quite disappointing. A good ramen broth can make you drink up the soup without feeling any greasiness. But this broth doesn't make me want to drink more, the soup & the oil doesn't feel very natural.
If I ever crave ramen, I would not come back to this restaurant. But they really tried hard to give that taste, I think if you never tried an authentic Japanese ramen, you'll still like it.Voir plus

Cleanest toilets in town! Toilet paper placed in triangle like in high end hotels.
Brad is a best employee possible. I thought he own the place cuz he does his job so perfectly: polite, friendly, makes the client feel at ease.
