Je suis venue spécialement pour manger le Zviti & la Doubara, & j'avoue que c'était un vrai délice, vraiment très bien préparé.

J'étais un peu sceptique au départ après avoir lu certains commentaires concernant le service & l'accueil. Finalement, j'ai été agréablement surprise. J'ai reçu un excellent service, autant de la part du propriétaire que de la serveuse, très attentionnés & chaleureux.

La nourriture était tout simplement délicieuse : bouzelouf, zviti, chorba, bourek & bien d'autres plats… tout était excellent, savoureux & authentique.

Je recommande vivement ce restaurant pour la qualité de la cuisine & l'expérience globale. J'y retournerai sans hésiter 🇩🇿🇩🇿🇩🇿🇩🇿.

Un magnifique retour aux racines algériennes!
Le zviti: équilibre parfait entre la texture du pain & la saveur de la sauce piquante servi dans un « mehles » (mortier en bois) typique de la région de M'sila.
Le m'hjab: un vrai délice!!!!
Le thé à la menthe: douceur du thé vert associé à la menthe qui vient réconforter!

Un véritable voyage en Algérie avec le décor, l'ambiance & le super service de Samia & son mari Hakim!!!
