Kem CoBa (en vietnamien, ça signifie « crème glacée de tante 3 », surnom donné à Ngoc, la copropriétaire, par sa nièce) offre des glaces et des sorbets frais préparés avec des ingrédients de première qualité, sans agents de conservation ni saveurs artificielles. Vous trouverez aussi chez Kem CoBa de la crème glacée molle artisanale, dont les saveurs-vedettes concoctées par les deux chefs (Ngoc et Vincent) changent selon leurs humeurs. Coco-mangue ou cheesecake aux fraises, ça vous tente? Des pâtisseries s'alliant bien aux glaces y sont également offertes, celles-là étant les créations originales (cuites sur place) de Ngoc. On parle ici de sablés, de brownies, de tuiles aux amandes, de gâteaux quatre-quarts, de canelés, de gâteaux-éponges, etc. Le tout relevé par-ci par-là d'une petite touche asiatique (sucrée, évidemment!)

Really love the Asian-inspired flavours offered at this place. I found the flavours were very unique & not commonly found in any other ice cream shops I've been to. We had a double scoop of pandan & salted butter. We really loved the pandan ice cream, the flavour was really strong & true to what pandan tastes like!! My friends & I were just walking by & realized this opened in 15 minutes, & there wasn't a line yet. Thank goodness because once we got in line, it formed... & it was long. Their shop is one of Montreal's staples & I'm happy to say that they provide a few vegan friendly sorbet options. During our visit, they had wonderful tropical fruit flavors & you can split a small cup for the same price. Their mango was refreshing & a must try. Cash only! This is the best ice cream store in montreal. It combines extremely high quality ice cream (rich, creamy, great texture) with incredibly creative flavours. The salted butter & 72% chocolate go together extremely well. But the matcha & pandan leaf (if they have them) are the stars of the show. Both bring an earthyness that contrasts beautifully to their sweetness. If you want good ice cream bring cash & get ready for a line, but it'll be worth it.Voir plus
