Across reviews, Kazo Ramen is described as a cozy, welcoming spot with consistently flavorful bowls, especially the creamy tonkotsu and the spicy paitan, plus a balanced broth and tender chashu. Service is repeatedly praised as fast and friendly, and the atmosphere is often noted as warm or cozy and inviting. Favorites like takoyaki, karaage and various ramens draw strong praise, with several diners calling it the best ramen in Lasalle or Montreal and a reliable go to for frequent visits. Value and quick service are common positives, though a few posts mention smaller portions, some menu items sold out, and occasional issues such as unclean toilets or decor choices like AI inspired decor that some felt dampened the mood. Overall, Kazo Ramen comes across as a highly regarded ramen destination with broad appeal and repeat visits, despite a small number of caveats.
I was in the mood for delicious ramen & they delivered. The food was piping hot & flavourful. The waitress was kind & attentive. We ordered, ate (dessert included) & payed the cheque all within an hour! 🍜🥰
I came here for dinner with my friend during Ramen Festival week to check out some of the specials that Kazo offered. We ordered two sides to share, the Takoyaki & the Karaage, we enjoyed both of them. I had the Vegetarian Ramen, which was delicious with its thicker noodles & its clear broth. My friend had the Creamy Tori Ramen & she really liked it. We appreciated that the favour of the broth was just right & not too salty like some of the other ramen restaurants. Will definitely return for more delicious ramen since the cold season is coming soon. Also, the service was great, our waitress was friendly & attentive.
In the past year, it seems they've been changing what they've been putting in their broth/ramen. Their soups aren't consistent. Sometimes, they lack flavor. They also regularly forget the nori. It's still pretty cheap though.

Tried many ramen places in montreal, & this one is definitely the best! I come all the way from downtown jyst to eat their delicious ramen, & i highly recommend trying the karaage chicken, also delicious. It's also worth mentioning that the staff is very helpful & friendly! One of my favorite restaurants!
Had their creamy pork tonkotsu & chicken karaage. Was delicious!!! Service was great. I'm so happy to have found great ramen close to home. Will definitely be back.
We hadseveral amazing dining experience at Kazo Ramen. The ramen & takoyaki were absolutely delicious, & the flavors were spot on. The service was amazing - the staff were friendly, attentive, & made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great ramen & top-notch service!
many delicious types of ramen offered with pork, beer, or as vegetarian options. We tried the many dishes & loved them all. What stood out the most to us were: - The creamy tonkotsu: exquisite broth & noodles topped with soft-boiled eggs & well-cooked, juicy, & tender pork. - The chicken karaage: crispy & well-seasoned with a lovely sauce. They have a house spicy oil that really adds a beautiful little kick to your meal. For dessert, we couldn't help ourselves & asked for BOTH the yuzu & matcha cheesecakes, & the extra calories were totally worth it.
I discovered a nice place for lunch around my work, & wow better than I expected. Their ramen broth are delicious, clear & tasty! I tried their yuzu ramen, you could taste the slight citrus taste I love. If you like slightly spicy I definitely recommend their Tantan pork ramen yum……Pretty generous portion as well. photos tells all :) As for their appetizers, a must-try takoyaki & shrimp dumpling! Their deco/ambiance is very warm & welcoming. The waiters are very kind & helpful. Let me tell you this place has even better ramen than other places I have tried before. The noodles, the broth, the portion, the veggies, nothing to complain My favorite asian place to go in Lasalle!
