My reservation note literally said:'We're just stopping by for a drink before our night out. 22:00 we wanna be at the bar.' Yet when we arrived, we couldn't get a seat at the bar or terrace, & were just told'first come, first served.' Fair enough, until it took 20 minutes just to get some water & the menus. I finally went up to the bar (where there was actually space) to order directly, only to be told they weren't serving drinks anymore with no apologies.
We left right after, with the start of our night completely ruined.'
I just want to say that kava is a beautiful restaurant with great vibe & music however their food are served cold & portions are very little. Also, at night since they let the door open & the don't have a mosquito net, me & my friend didn't appreciate that mosquitos were all over our food . Even though we where inside. Tbh I recommend to go there during breakfast & in the evening only for drinks .
There are flies all over the place. We got food & we were continuously swatting them & they kept sitting on our food. We brought it our server attention they did take off the one item flies were sitting on. I didn't even eat my food & server took the full pasta plate back & I still paid full for full bill even for multiple items were left untouched. I always tip & I just couldn't in my good conscious tip. Service & food were terrible.
Très bonne nourriture, les plats étaient savoureux & nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre repas.
Par contre, le service gagnerait à être amélioré. Nos plats sont arrivés en deux temps, ce qui a fait que certains mangeaient pendant que d'autres attendaient encore leur assiette.
Je recommande également de vérifier attentivement votre facture. Immédiatement après avoir payé, nous avons eu un doute sur le montant. Avant même que nous ayons eu le temps d'expliquer ce qui nous semblait anormal, la serveuse nous a dit qu'il y avait effectivement une erreur sur la facture. Environ 80 $ de trop avaient été facturés & la situation a été corrigée rapidement.
Nous avons apprécié la rapidité avec laquelle l'erreur a été corrigée. En revanche, le fait que celle-ci ait été reconnue aussi rapidement, avant même que nous ayons à l'expliquer, nous a laissé un malaise.
En résumé, la nourriture est excellente & vaut le détour, mais prenez le temps de vérifier votre facture avant de quitter le restaurant.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une attention incroyable. L'ambiance est magnifique, chaleureuse & raffinée, on se sent tout de suite bien.
Le service était impeccable : une équipe passionnée, souriante & à l'écoute, qui a vraiment contribué à rendre notre soirée spéciale.
Mais le plus marquant reste l'expérience dans l'assiette : nous avons choisi plusieurs mezzés à partager, & chaque plat était délicieux, créatif & rempli de saveurs. Chaque détail est soigné, de la présentation jusqu'aux goûts. On sent le travail & la passion derrière chaque plat.
Nous avons adoré chaque moment de cette soirée.

j'ai eu une super expérience dans ce restaurant, le dj était super bon, l'ambiance très cool,le manager très chaleureux, les drinks super bons & la nourriture tout autant!
