We had a great experience at Kanda Sushi! We were a large group & arrived without a reservation, but the staff went above & beyond to accommodate us.
The service was honestly amazing - very attentive, friendly, & efficient throughout the whole meal.
The all-you-can-eat sushi had a wide variety of options, everything was fresh, & the dishes came out quickly despite how busy it was. It made for a really fun & relaxed dining experience with friends.
Highly recommend for groups, especially if you're looking for good food & exceptional service. We'll definitely be back!
I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The waiting time was unacceptable. We waited an hour & a half without receiving any food, & now it has been two hours & I still haven't eaten anything.
No proper explanation, no apology, & no effort to make things right. This is not the level of service anyone expects when going out to eat. I understand that restaurants can be busy, but two hours with no food is simply not acceptable.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place based on this experience.

I liked the larger booths at this particular Kanda. Bigger than most at other kandas. Provided more privacy & seating. Food was what I come to expect from these all you can eat sushi style restaurants. Not the best, but not bad either. You get what you pay for & in that regard it's a pretty good deal. Good variety of foods as well beyond Maki rolls & sushi. There is something for everyone.
I know it's all you can eat, but portions are really really small. Sushi is VERY thin. We usually go to sushi palace which is 100%better, but a friend wanted us to try this place. All the waitress made a huge deal because I left the bottom rice part of the'submarine' sushi. Sooo make sure to eat every single grain of rice in the plate otherwise they'll come at you! Someone else at the table ordered more stuff, & the lady came 3 times to tell us' ok but you have to eat everything caus we can't throw away more rice'...really... It's not like I left the entire sushi, literally left the bottom because I didn't want to fill up on rice alone. No tip for being extra annoying 🤷?♀? hope your proud! You saved some rice😊
Food was good, nothing crazy. The spare ribs were really good & the edamame too. The sushi was ok, sushi shop style. Service was not great, we filled our sheet & only got part of our order & were told to order again because the kitchen lost our paper. They also brought the sushi before the kitchen stuff (appetizers) & made us wait about 25 mins for the next round so we got full, which I think is their tactic since it's all you can eat. Anyway, this restaurant is also the only kanda that is not byow. Overall it was wtvr. I don't think I'd be back.
Very good restaurant service excellent & the price is reasonable & the owner she is fantastic I will recommend this restaurant & the food is so fresh so go eat at this restaurant you will be very please
