I made such a tough request for the chef because I'm piscitarian & have a huge allergic condition to onions. & they prepared the best salmon salad that I've had in my entire life. It was really fresh, balanced, tasty & absolutely amazing. The girls who received my order were so attentive & understood my restrictions. I only regret that I bought this one salad only. I wish I could take you all with me back to my country. Thank you girls. You're doing an amazing job. Will remember this salmon salad forever. Thanks for understanding my strict needs.
