The first time I came here, they unfortunately could not serve me because they were booked for an event. The owner was very courteous about it though.
On my second visit, I got to try the Bete chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, there was a slip in the kitchen & my order was missed, resulting in a considerably long waiting time. They recovered from it fast enough but it would have been a bit more professional if someone acknowledged the mistake & apologized. Honestly it wasn't a huge deal though- minor point. The chicken sandwich was alright, didn't amaze me but it was pleasing. It was a bit evident that the item was hurriedly put together once the kitchen realized it was late.
Mistakes happen, but I still enjoyed the food. The menu had me curious about other options, I could return for the mac & cheese.

Folks, the food here is to die for. We had cappuccinos with avocado toast & the salmon bagel. Ended with the gluten-free brownie. Service was attentative & warm. Will be back to try everything else. Superb.

UPDATE 2026: my favourite place to order lunch for delivery. Still amazed by the unique crispy-squash Végé Burger, & now love the Salade Poke-Moi too.
ORIGINAL 2023: Friendly staff. Quality espresso. A few small tables for dine-in. Végé Burger is unique: crispy fried squash, excellent taste & texture. Salm-Yum sandwich also great, similar to bahn mi.

Worst salad I ever eat. Paid 20$ for basic salad not mixed, everything on top. Sauce not the same as the picture. I do not recommand this place for salad
