Worst experience ever! We were 5, 1 of us never got the food we told first waitress she said I will go get it. 10 minutes later told another one nothing.
Once the rest had eaten we asked for the bill & they had the audacity to charge for the meal never received.
Manager said it's the waitress's first day. No empathy for the whole situation booth behind us same situation.
C'est ma deuxième expérience dans ce restaurant.
L'ambiance nous transporte directement dans les années 70-80. La musique l'est également. La nourriture est vraiment bonne & il y a une spécialité intéressante !
Mais aujourd'hui, mon amie & moi avons été servies par Anastasia. Cette fille est une queen ! Elle s'assure que nous sommes bien, elle a une belle énergie & elle est vraiment gentille. C'est sûr qu'on y retourne prochainement ! C'est un bon resto, alors foncez !🥰
Had a great experience at Jukebox Burgers. The food was amazing as always. Maya was amazing. She was super attentive, sweet, & took care of us from start to finish. She was especially great with the kids, which made the whole experience way more relaxed.
The extreme milkshakes were amazing. The decor is also really nice & adds to the vibe. Overall, great food, great service, & a welcoming atmosphere. We'll definitely be going back.

Such a nice concept!! The music is great & the ambiance is so fun! We enjoyed a bunch of entrees & then each had our own main meal & everything was great. Our waiter was very professional, helpful & super nice! Really fun place to enjoy with the family!!

Clean place with friendly waiters & fast service. The food was good, with very generous portions. We preferred the fried chicken burgers over the beef burgers, as the beef patties were a bit thick & not very juicy. Overall, a very good experience.
It was so cold inside that it made our dinners unpleasant.had to wear our jackets while eating.
Food was also not great, meat burgers had no flavour, no salt/pepper , just bland .
The chicken burger were not any better, dry , not well prepared/seasoned.
We rushed to get through the meal to get out of there.
Would not recommend.

La bouffe était bonne. Pas extraordinaire mais pas mauvaise du tout non plus. Les nachos sont... mouillés? Ça c'était moins hot.
