arrivé a 20h50 pour se faire dire que le restaurant ferme a 22h00 mais la cuisine a 21h00. Tant qu'a ca juste dire ferme a 21h00 ou moins selon l'humeur.
Beaucoup plus bruyant à Laval que DDO & grosse musique pop. Probablement plus attirant pour les jeunes mais je préfère l'ambiance de DDO. Cependant la nourriture était aussi bonne 😊
After attending a dinner with a party of 5 we left unsatisfied & quite frankly disappointed. My main meal was great however one of us received the wrong order which was excused, however we then ordered the dessert, "everything & the kitchen sink". We were unpleasantly surprised when one of us found hard plastic, possibly glass, in the dish. As compensation we were offered $4.95 Considering it was a $45 dessert the went to waste this is not an acceptable compensation. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.
Our party ordered an "everything but the kitchen sink" ice cream platter. Idea was novel & great in detail, however, turned massively wrong when one of us bit into a cold, hard piece of plastic as opposed to ice cream. Sadly, instead of being accommodating, the manger only gave an order of onion rings free. Will not be back here again & neither will the rest of our table.
Here are some simple ideas to make the restaurant more interesting:
- dimming the lights a bit (to diminish the cafeteria feeling)
- having real jukeboxes (I remember seeing small ones on tables when I was younger) or at least a big one we could use
- having music from the jukebox era (50's & 60's)
- servers could be dressed in the 50's theme as well
- having shareable sundaes & milkshakes (bigger sizes)
There is no added value to the restaurant compared to its competitors close by besides the decor.
The only reason I would come back to the restaurant, is because of the great service we got. Food was also good.

We went with our 2 teen boys - they sat us in 2 seperate booths (group of 4) which was fine- side by side . But they could not give us 2 bills...?! We had to get 4 bills - so double the tax & double the tips!! Rediculous! Awful experience & wouldn't go back even though the service & food was great. Very expensive for 2 burgers !
We had our daughters 13th bday small party on Sunday! Eveything was sooo amazing ...food, Service, staff & the atmosphere ! Very clean store but most of all they spoke ENGLISH! Great service 5⭐️
When you open a secondary location of a restaurant it's usually not as good. Here in the Laval location it's amazing. Food was yummy. Cool vibe. Very nice staff. It was a great night. We will be back soon!

The place is very cute. I think it's fun as an experience, but the food itself isn't the best & quite expensive. That said the portions are huge, but lacking flavour. I was very disappointed with the Mac & cheese. The bathroom was super clean & the deco/concept on point. The service was okay but not very welcoming. Also, we wait quite sometime especially considering the place had only few consumers.
Busy Saturday night, but we got lucky & found a table. This place has been open for two months. The staff is already trained & doing a great job. Our waitress Kayla did a great job with suggestions, service & follow up. The atmosphere is fun. It seems like a popular spot for old teenagers/young adults. The Mac n Cheese wedges are a good entrée. The burgers were ok. I had the Western burger with regular beef & white bun. The cheeses hadn't melted by the time they came & didn't melt. The bun is ok. Not delicious & also it managed to dissolve with the juices halfway through. Eventually I ate my burger with cutlery. The classic poutine is pretty good. It was pretty expensive IMO. I would come back to try a milk shake instead of burgers.
