Yesterday we had the absolute pleasure of walking through the doors of Jukebox restaurant. 🍔🌯🍨🧋😋 As soon as we entered, we were pleasantly greeted by Josée who considerately asked us if we were hot, in order for us to decide if we wanted to be seated in an air conditioned section of the restaurant. Josée kindly asking us this demonstrated that she values Jukebox's customers being comfortable. 🥰 Our experience at this well known diner got even better when our waitress, Krystal, informed us that she would be taking care of us. & believe me, that she did! Krystal was an absolute gem of a waitress from the beginning to end of our time at Jukebox! 💎 She ensured that our glasses of water were full at all times, was able to impeccably explain menu items advising us of the vegetarian, gluten-free options, offered on point recommendations for our meal choices & pleasantly chatted with us throughout our time at Jukebox. This West Island eatery is extremely fortunate to have an exemplary employee like Krystal. 🏆✨️👌🏽 We were completely satisfied with our meals. 😋 From the Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap 🌯, to the Béliveau Burger 🍔, to the comforting, creamy Mac & Cheese 🧀 ended off with the delectable & delicious desserts of the Big Chocolate Chip Cookie topped with ice cream 🍪🍨 & a Pineapple Banana Smoothie 🍍🍌. Jukebox always provides mouth watering meals. 🤤😁 Being a music lover, I thoroughly enjoyed the excellent musical selections that played while we dined as well. 😍🎶💯 At times we were dancing while eating our scrumptious lunch. 😄 Way to go Jukebox!! 👏🏽🎉 Definitely a 5/5 star rating without hesitation!! 🌟 Coming to your restaurant was without a doubt worth the drive across town. 🚗 We will certainly be back again!! 😁 Until the next time...Voir plus

Wish I could put more stars To begin with staff was extremely welcoming! Our server James is an absolute legend! Full of energy & enthusiasm. I absolutely adored the fact he took the time to ask if we had allergies. You don't always think about it so much appreciated! Food was absolutely amazing & the portions are huge! Went with my family today on our way home from Montreal, & everything about this place was phenomenal. The atmosphere was incredible, great service, & amazing food. We all struggled to pick what to order because all of it sounded so good, & we were all thrilled with the food we got. My only complaint is that it's so far from Ottawa, we wish it was closer! Went for my birthday & I found hair in my burger. It does happen sometimes in restaurants. However, the waiter didn't even looked surprised when I pointed it out, just took it back to the kitchen. He returned with what looked like the exact burger minus the hair meal (there had been a strangely cut pickle both times). Our table tried to call the manager to hopefully hear some sincerity. Sadly, it took us 3 times to flag him down. Eventually he answered us almost generically "sorry to hear about your experience, we'll go ahead & compensate your meal". I was not looking for a handout... simply try to make an effort to give a proper dining experience. The manager tapped me on the shoulder when he brought the bill & basically I felt ridiculed as if he was saying "don't worry, nobody got hurt". Food was just ordinary, but I've never been treated so poorly by wait staff.Voir plus

I had been waiting to visit this restaurant since it's opening yet never had the time. Today was the day. So a special lunch with my son. We got there & the place was practically empty. Okay. We ordered. Everything was fine. Music seemed loud with no patrons.Then the food came in. Such disappointment. A "glow in the dark" mac & cheese that we couldn't forked. The patty of my burger was excellent & that is it. Bread meh! Salad meh...Soda...watery. & nothing warm. We had to flag our waitperson for our bill. There was a mistake. After a 52.$ bill, We left annoyed. As i am writing this, i am somewhat angry or is it disappointment & the feeling of being ripped off. Anyway I will not be back.Voir plus

This is my 2nd time going to Jukebox Burgers & I am just as happy & as impressed as I was the first time. We had a large group for my daughter's grade 6 graduation, 20 people including children. Tyler was our waiter he had an amazing energy & attitude the entire time. He was very polite & extremely friendly. I was highly impressed! He came by often to inquire if we were okay & needed anything. He ensured everything was to our liking & coordinated with me throughout the night to ensure the cake was brought out when I wanted & delivered to my daughter. As I said my first experience was also amazing but we were about double the size this time. My husband paid & tipped & my daughter was so impressed she walked over & personally gave Tyler another tip! This is what customer service is supposed to be like! Such a nice young man! Great job with hiring Jukebox! & of course needless to say the food was AMAZING!!!! Not one complaint amongst the entire group. The restaurant's decor gives all the vibes! Very clean place even with how busy it was. The management/staff is top tier! Thoroughly impressed! We will be back soon!Voir plus
