They promote free birthday smoothies & rewards for new app users, but this location never seems to honor them. There is always an excuse like'the machine isn't working.' It's frustrating & feels dishonest to advertise something you don't provide.

Jugo offers fairly ordinary juices at very high prices. It might be worth trying if you're really into juices, but I only tried the orange juice & found it extremely overpriced.

This Jus jugo juice place has a very friendly & welcoming staff !! Nice choice of bubble tea, smoothie, drinks, a few selections of food & more 🧡🧡🧡

I tried one of the chicken wrap avocado lettuce tomato & it was good !! Also ordered their classic smoothie, dragon fruit coconut bubble tea & a bottle of sparkly ice Starburst edition & it was overall great except for the bubble tea one, didn't enjoyed it the combination (at first I did but the more I sip, the less I liked the drink) but it was different & will come back in the futur again to try different flavor on my next visit at the Eaton Center ❤🧋🧃🌯
