The staff was incredibly friendly & the food was unique & so full of flavour! Our dishes came quickly & we had a great time. The atmosphere & music is a 10/10 & I highly recommend the octopus. Shoutout to the host Wallace definitely ask his recommendations if you're passing by!

The food was absolutely delicious - every dish we tried was full of flavor & perfectly cooked. The menu has a great variety, & everything was fresh & well-presented. The ambiance was nice, with a cozy, yet lively atmosphere that made it the perfect spot for a night out. To top it off, the music was fantastic, creating just the right vibe. Shout out to Wallace, our host. He made our experience super enjoyable. Highly recommend this place.

Le service donner par Ranim & Maude as été excellent la nourriture wow le tartare de saumon servis sur un pain exquis, les frites & le drink tout était au delà de nos expectatives recommandé pour un girls night, fête ou anniversaire ! L'ambiance super agréable avec des tonalités afro mais vraiment une divergence & diversité pour tous.

If you guys want to eat a good meal & have a great time, it's the place to be! The staff was very welcoming. The food was good also cocktails! The club part was nice. Recommend this place :)

Meilleure endroit pour manger un délicieux repas & pour passer une excellente soirée. Le personnel était vraiment accueillant. Nous sommes venus pour dinner plusieurs samedis soir. Après le dinner nous avons adoré la partie club. Je recommande !

We had an incredible experience here. We chose the Hunter menu, but since I can't have dairy, they modified my menu with some things off their vegan menu. Everything was outstanding. My husband was blown away by their uni butter. I loved their vegan potatoes. We both felt that their tartare was the best we've had in Alberta. Everything, even the palette cleanser, felt so special & meticulously thought out. Very unique, not just the food itself, but the experience. I can't recommend this place enough!

Nous y sommes allé pour souper & le service était très bon, serveur attentionné, & belle déco/bonne ambiance. Par contre la nourriture était vraiment ordinaire & on dirait qu'il y avait un problème au niveau de l'assaisonnement des plats. Je recommande pour un 5 à 7 & prendre des entrées (ex. Plateau de charcuterie) mais pas pour aller souper.

I was at Sauvage for dinner on Saturday in the Green room. It was very elegant & more private. The employees in the Green room were very friendly & knowledgeable of the menu & cocktails. The food was delicious. I had the Mezze starter & it was very tasty. I also had the salmon tartare with fries which I believe were sprinkled with paprika. The portion was very good but most important is that the food had flavor. My friend had the roasted chicken. The thing with chicken is that it can be overcooked & it becomes dry. Not at Sauvage, the chicken was perfectly cooked & juicy. After diner, we went upstairs to dance the night away. I strongly recommend the food & the Green room.

Nous étions venus célébrer un anniversaire & avons passé une excellente soirée au sauvage. Cuisine excellente. Un grand merci aux serveuses adorables & aux deux busboys d’origine algérienne. Étant serveuse moi même, je recommande cet établissement les yeux fermés à quiconque souhaite passer du bon temps avec une ambiance incroyable de A à Z. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe! ;)

i wasn’t fond of the vibe (its a personal taste)
it’s actually at the same location where « joverse » used to be.
i think they changed the decor a bit. but not much.
music was ok
not sure if i’ll go back.

Update aug2023: went for brunch & i don’t recommend it.

Si tu n'es pas prêt à dépenser ne viens pas dans ce restaurant. Il est chic & beau & la nourriture est excellente. Les cocktails sont excellents. Je vous conseille de bien vous habiller si vous comptez y aller. Très belle expérience la Green room très belle ambiance nous avons adoré. Le service aussi excellent!! Gabriel connaît très bien son métier. Je vais y retourner c'est certain!! Merci beaucoup pour une excellente soirée même le club en haut après était magnifique le dj est très bon & il est varié & l'ambiance est vivante. Je le recommande c'est certain!!!

Everything was excellent, we dined in the new Le Green Room & the service was top, the food was delicious & the ambiance was great. The surf & turf burger with minced filet mignon & lobster was outstanding! Great place, highly recommend it.
