The food was okay, but the dining area was honestly disgusting. The tables & floors looked dirty, & the overall cleanliness was far below what I expected.
What's most disappointing is that this place used to be great. Unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill, especially when it comes to the restaurant's upkeep. It's a shame to see a place that was once so good decline like this.
I hope management takes cleanliness seriously & brings it back to the standard it used to have.

The customer service was very poor. The staff was not welcoming or helpful, which made the overall experience disappointing.
I also noticed a pricing issue. The price advertised did not match the amount on the final invoice, which was frustrating & should be made more transparent to customers.
Another concern was the dining experience. I was informed that after the chef leaves in the afternoon, there is no chef on site. The meals served during that time are primarily reheated or prepared from pre-cooked items. In my opinion, this does not meet the expectations for freshly prepared dine-in food, especially considering the prices being charged.
Overall, the combination of poor customer service, inconsistent pricing, & the quality of the food did not provide good value. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the customer experience.
Today I went to buy food, waited more than 30 minutes,, only 2 people working for service,,2 tables with none then 5 people for dining,, takeout line more then 10 people,, & phone orders I don't know if I go again,,
I have a complaint about your samosas. Your samosas are always raw inside. When you open them yourself, there is totally raw flour. Please, you need to work on that. Otherwise, someone will get very sick.
One & only truly Sri Lankan cuisine. Jolee brings you very closer to the authentic Sri Lankan cuisine. At least the style popular among Sri Lankan Tamils. You have a plenty of choices from the spiciest Chicken curry to non spicy Egg Dosa. The rice & curry which is the most common meal in Sri Lanka is sold as'' Thaali''. That you can have either vegetarian or with fish, meat, prawns etc. Many Sri Lankan specialities such as koththu Roti is available. You can dine in or simply take away. The restaurant is quite clean but the washrooms needed a little upgrade. Some staff are extremely friendly & some do their job well. Food is served hot & relatively fast. The price you pay for a full meal is quite cheap compared to many restaurants in Montreal. I have seen many families who come for lunches & the expats flock to the place with nostalgia. Check the place out if you have a spicy tongue.
Curry take out is bad. They put a lot of that oily spicy sauce to give the illusion of rich curry but the actual meat portion is only worth 3$. I mean only a few chicken or mutton bits. Will never buy again. Very disappointing.
Sharing feedback on my recent visit to Restaurant Lolee. While the menu looked promising, the food lacked freshness & the flavors were underwhelming. Service was slow & inattentive, & the prices felt high for the quality delivered. I tried chicken 65, it was so bad, never had such bad taste, also paneer masala was testing like a bad verson of dal. I guess today was last time.
