Hele fijne bartender die een heerlijke espresso martini maakte. Molson canadian lager kon de echtgenoot wel smaken. Leuke muziek en veel schermen om van wat sport te kunnen genieten.
Great pub after the Elderbrook fest. Can't rave enough about the service from Yanis! He was working by himself & handling a rush of concert goers, with welcoming attitude & prompt service! Did I mentioned he was the only person working making drinks, waiting tables, cleaning, etc? Yanis is the best of the best. He even had time to perform small talks with us! When it was dying down, he was busy cleaning tables, counter top, bar area, etc. I would fly back just for his service!
Traveled from US for a long weekend in Montreal. We were walking to find a sports bar with NFL games on a Sunday. Poked my head in & asked if they had NFL. They were very friendly & put on the game we were looking for. Food was very sold. Draft beer was also very good as was service. Background music was pop/dance which was kind of fun to watch games. Nice afternoon. Go Birds!

A nice pub in the center. Live music on the square next to the place. They have a happy hour for beer from 3-5pm. We were asked for a happy hour beer, the bartender offered a different one; however, that was not charged the happy hour price.
We were caught in a sudden downpour &, naturally, ran into the first bar we found. The atmosphere was great, once they fixed the playlist that kept skipping. The drinks & nachos were delicious!
The waiter was hard-working & doing a lot around the restaurant but he wasn't very friendly. We didn't even get food because the drinks were terrible, my little brother was sick for 2 days from their sex on the beach, it was super sugary & didn't even look or taste like the right drink. We used the restrooms on our way out & they were disgusting, there was barely room to sit in the women's room & in the men's my dad said there was a broken urinal with a trash bag over it. This is the worst place we went in Montreal. Save your time & money & don't go here.
Went in here after being treated to bad service at Maggie Oakes. My partner & I had low expectations since the place looked like a dive bar. We were seated by a really nice host & our server was an absolute sweetheart. The biggest shock was the food, my burger was really well-made. My partner got the salad & she was shocked about how fresh it looked. It was well-prepared & delicious. Couldn't say anything bad about this place.
Good bar food. A bit tight, & whoever put in a sloping diamond plate entry way needs to explain themselves. Good bar for sports, just be careful by the door!
About 95% of people sat outside & they sat almost everyone immediately that they could. The waitresses & front end staff worked hard to get everyone everything that they needed quickly. I was impressed. The inside is definitely pub style. The bathrooms were clean. The bartender spoke very good English. It looked like most people enjoyed a Molson Canadian draft beer or a cocktail. I had the fish tacos but it was more like traditional fish & chips without the chips in a street taco tortilla. I would recommend something else. The presentation was nice but not the right taste.
