There is definitely a cool sports bar kind of vibe & an enjoyable atmosphere. The food coming out looked decent but my fish & chips were really bad. Mashed cod in a rubbery corn dog batter (seen in photo). Like…why? My wife had the classic poutine & said it was ok. Our server was friendly but we only saw her once. I don't think it was bad enough for 2 stars but barely good enough for 3. They should just take the fish off the menu. The burgers looked good & so did the nachos. Too many other choices to return but if you want classic pub food, it's decent I guess.

Rude waiter made the experience on the day of the FIFA game between Canada & South Africa he was working the patio area super unpleasant it's the guy that wears his cap backwards had a red t shirt on didn't bother to check in complained that I asked to order add ons to the salad & had an issue with me asking for a table out of the rain just overall a rude character worst waiter ever the rain came I was waiting for my friend to join I had to move inside our food came he slammed my food on the edge of the bar & said here sit I will see if I can find you guys a place to sit & he never came back just a terrible experience all round

Worst service ever. Got our drinks & our server server came back. Had to ask for the bill at the front of the restaurant. Plenty of other bars to spend your money at.

I visited this bar recently & overall the service itself was fine. However, when I paid, the payment machine prompts were in French & I didn't fully understand them, so I accidentally completed the transaction without leaving a tip.

Afterward, the server came back & asked if something was wrong with the service. I said everything was good, but then he asked why I hadn't left a tip & continued insisting on it, which made the situation very uncomfortable & awkward for me. I eventually gave a tip just to avoid further discomfort.

I believe tipping should always be optional & customers should never feel pressured into it.

Hele fijne bartender die een heerlijke espresso martini maakte. Molson canadian lager kon de echtgenoot wel smaken. Leuke muziek en veel schermen om van wat sport te kunnen genieten.

Great pub after the Elderbrook fest. Can't rave enough about the service from Yanis! He was working by himself & handling a rush of concert goers, with welcoming attitude & prompt service! Did I mentioned he was the only person working making drinks, waiting tables, cleaning, etc? Yanis is the best of the best. He even had time to perform small talks with us! When it was dying down, he was busy cleaning tables, counter top, bar area, etc. I would fly back just for his service!

Nice welcoming bar man. Went during a quiet time, only ones there, but lively with football game on. Plave started to get busy as we left around 3pm.
