The atmosphere is generally described as warm and welcoming, with many guests commending the attentive and polite staff for their exceptional hospitality. We went here for dinner as a party of 5, expecting a decent Indian vegetarian meal. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing.
The prices are equivalent to fine dining, but the food is served in basic containers &, in my opinion, does not justify the pricing. The food itself was just okay, but the biggest concern was hygiene, cleanliness, & the way food & other items were being handled by the staff. This is something that really needs attention &, in my opinion, should be inspected by the appropriate food safety authorities to ensure proper hygiene & cleanliness standards are being maintained.
It felt much more like a money oriented business than a place focused on providing customers with a good dining experience & quality food.
I would not visit again, & I would strongly recommend that people not choose this restaurant simply because they are looking for Indian vegetarian food. There are better options where you can get good food along with a much cleaner & more pleasant experience.
This was honestly one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had. We visited Jai Bhawani expecting decent food, but unfortunately, both the food & the service were very disappointing.
We had to wait around 10 minutes just to place our order, even though there were hardly any customers in the restaurant. After placing the order, there was very little communication or attention from the staff.
Unfortunately, the food itself was not good. It tasted like it had been sitting for a long time & did not seem fresh. We ended up leaving a significant amount of food because we simply couldn't enjoy it.
I usually don't like leaving negative reviews, but this experience was genuinely frustrating. Poor service, long waiting time, & disappointing food quality. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously & improves both the freshness of the food & customer service.
We visited Jai Bhavani with our family, & unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience.
The tables were dirty when we arrived, which wasn't a good first impression. The service was extremely slow-we waited almost an hour for our food. On top of that, the staff made multiple mistakes while taking & delivering our order, which made the experience even more frustrating.
We ordered Vada Pav, Dabeli, Grilled Sandwich, Frankie, & Manchurian. The only item we enjoyed was the Vada Pav. The grilled sandwich tasted like it was made using Dabeli masala, which didn't suit the sandwich at all. The Manchurian was undercooked, & the overall food quality was below our expectations.
Overall, between the poor cleanliness, slow service, order inaccuracies, & disappointing food, our experience was not worth the visit. Based on our experience, I would only recommend the Vada Pav. I hope Jai Bhavani takes customer feedback seriously & improves its cleanliness, service, & food quality.
We entered last minute & still they served us with excellent taste & customer service!
Owners are super nice & staff is excellent served with smile.
Loved the place, atmosphere & quality of food.
Thanks guys for making our trip memorable!
BTW came from Brampton & will visit them whenever i am here backkk!❤?💯
Had a wonderful experience at Jay Bhawani. We ordered the Tandoori Stuffed Mushroom Tikka, Amritsari Kulcha, Cheese Butter Masala, Chilli Naan, & Tandoori Roti, all prepared in Swaminarayan style. Every dish was incredibly delicious, fresh, & full of authentic flavors. The Amritsari Kulcha was especially outstanding & a must-try.
A big compliment to the chef for maintaining such amazing taste & quality in every dish. The staff were courteous, attentive, & made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. It's not easy to find such tasty Swaminarayan options, & Jay Bhawani truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for flavorful vegetarian Indian food. We will definitely be back😊 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🙏🏻🍽?
Order sambar idli & vada pao . I use to like their sambar so I order an extra . They literally gave water & I didn't know when did they start giving burger instead of vada pav . & this is after an hr of wait time . I really wouldn't recommend anyone. Such bad quality food & after such long waiting time
Very good place especially for pure vegetarians, it's a blessing for people like us, even the quality of food is pretty good! Would recommend anyone looking for good Indian food with fusion dishes!
