" Was refused service for a cappuccino 17 minutes prior to closing. Visited at 7:43 on Monday, Aug 21. I own a service business and that is wholly unacceptable, especially for a coffee shop. It is the employees own prerogative if they want to clean early, so they can leave early. Rinsing a carafe and brewing a cappuccino isn’t very time consuming...."
