"Pros: Friendly staff, they try to provide good service. Con: There is a constant turn-over of staff and the new trainees frequently mess up orders. I ordered a Creamscicle latte today and received a Caramel latte that was GROSSLY sweet. Disgusting. This sort of thing happens often. The sandwich's are good, but very overpriced. Nothing to recommend here."
