This was not my first time at Jarrys, so i knew it would be foolish to hold them to high standards.
I ordered a salad to go. When paying i was a little surprised as my bill came close to 20$ (19something) which i dont mind but i better be getting a damn good salad. When i recieved & opened it i was dissapinted, with both the size & ingredients. But i sucked it up & decided it was just a bad decision & i began to eat it. When i tossed the salad with the dressing i noticed some of the leaves were darker & SLIMY i picked one out (in the pic) & proceded to find many more of these what looked to be spoiled leaves. I went back to the restaurant to show them & at first they tried telling me its normal, "purple lettuce is like that" after a few minutes of back & forth they called their manager. He was frustrated & started arguing with me, defensively saying "you saying i serve bad food?". I told him i wanted my money back but he refused because i paid with my CC. He offered to make me a new one wich i declined because he said they will pick out the pieces that look like that. I then left with no salad & no refund.
take your money somewhere else. Jarry used to be good but now since they raised the prices they did not raise their standard which is very dissapointing.
Move over Schwartz, this place is the real MVP. The smoked meat poutine is insane! I'm salivating just thinking about it. The portion is huge & has tons of smoked meat on top. The smoked meat sandwiches are amazing. The service is always cordial & quick.
Disgusting food, mustard on everything, they gave us jerky for the sausage entry (literally a jerky you'd get from a convenient store), chips salsa for over priced tiny cheese sticks, smoked meat sandwiches were almost raw (nearly threw up) on dry bread with with the blandest, most awkward food ever, presentation was horrendous, I do NOT understand the high ratings on this place it was disgusting it was just all a bad joke, I never wrote a review other than positive & this is the first time in my life I'm so ticked off, just go buy frozen food it'll be better than this nightmare.

premièrement, la serveuse arrive & elle commence à nous dire du mal d'autres clients, déjà là ça part ultra mal! Après ça elle nous apporte pas la bonne pizza parce qu'elle prenait pas de notes & elle niaisait. On avait demandé une pizza avec smoked meat & elle nous a apporté une all dressed. Alors elle dit: ben je vais aller chercher du smoked meat a part!!! tu me NIAISE!!!!
Après qu'elle ait fait ajouter du smoked meat par dessus le fromage, on lu odor qu'on va se servir nous meme, mais elle continue de niaiser avec ses cuillères & échappe une pointe sur la table. Aussitôt elle se retourne & me dit: t'es fâchée!!!!! Je lui dit ben non jsuis pas fâchée juste déçue parce qu'on avait 2 pointes chaque & la je paye pour & je peux pas manger à ma faim. Elle va voir le manager & revient en me disant qu'il nous a enlevé 3$..... même pas le prix de la pointe. On lui explique qu'on est venues ici pour manger & qu'on veut avoir une autre pointe.
Le gérant arrive & il dit: ben elle s'est excusé! & moi je m'excuse pour elle! Vous voulez quoi de plus? tu me NIAISE!!!!!! Après quelques mots un peu apique il décide de nous faire faire UNE pointe, parce que pourquoi nous dédommager en nous donnant un petit extra? Voyons! Notre soirée se passe mal par leur faute après tout!
Quand il arrive avec sa dite pointe, on rit & on lui dit que c'est ridicule de traiter les clients de la sorte, que tous les autres clients autour de nous, témoins de la scène, nous disent de pas payer, que le service reçu est inadéquat. On lui demande: le reste de la pizza tu l'a jetée aux vidanges? Il nous répond: non c'est le cook qui l'a mangée, ça c'est mon problème!
Bref, il nous a banni du restaurant lolllllll pas de problème, on n'avait pas du tout l'intention de revenir!
jai retorner manger la la fin de semaine passer dans la nuit ont a bien manger mais le sevice les serveuse avait lair melanger ses pas possible ca eter tres long pour tout jai pas u se que javais demander jai fallu jatendre longtemp juste pour la liquer & ca la meme chose pour la facture la serveuse etait bete cetait pas mon erreur mais la siene
le jarry ses un gros n importe koi certaine serveuse ne devrai meme pas etre la les propriétaires manque de jugement & sont très limite en ouverture d esprit beaucoup de chicane entre certain employé pour se qui & de la nourriture ses correct mais pour la gestion du resto oufff manque d expérience le jarry sa manque de classe ses se que je pense du jarry smoke meat les propriétaires devrai prendre plus au sérieux leurs sois disant entreprise très décu par cette entreprise
