Bienvenue chez Japote, le restaurant rapide familial qui sert de délicieux plats depuis 2014. Notre premier emplacement était à Guy-Concordia, et nous avons déménagé à notre emplacement actuel en 2018.
Nous sommes célèbres pour notre longue file d'attente, car nous sommes devenus un choix populaire pour les étudiants de McGill à la recherche d'un repas rapide et délicieux. Nous vous invitons à venir déguster nos plats et à créer des souvenirs inoubliables avec nous !

They deserve all the fame. The cheapest & most authentic Japanese meal you can get. It's open for a few hours so everyone rushes to get some, but it's truly worth it.

Delicious, quick, & cheap. The holy triefca that makes it popular with students & professionals in the area. It's located in the bottom of an office building but there is signage. When in doubt just follow the people

Wow wow wow! Friendly staff, quick service & delicious food for cheap! This place is a beautiful hidden gem. I recommend the oyakodon, & don't forget to bring cash. Also, I recommend that you come early to avoid the line of hungry students :)

I've been wanting to try Japote for a while after a friend recommended it but due to its opening hours it was really tough. I went at 11:30 & it was really busy. The food is really good & so are the prices. I got 2 plates because I knew it would be tough to come again so I took the opportunity to try multiple things. It's much cheaper when you order only one plate. They only accept cash. Even though the line was long, it moved quickly, the food & service were very good!

Bit overrated. Very average japanese food in my opinion. It may appear that their plates are cheap. But the portion is subpar too.

Great food for really cheap! I had the teriyaki chicken (number 3). The line can be long but it's really fast once you've ordered, & the workers are very friendly! They only accept cash
