D'un autre côté, le plat principal "Chic Croissant" mériterait d'être revu: la béchamel aux épinards avait un goût plutôt fade. Sa couleur verte ne laissait pas une bonne impression & imbibait le croissant le rendant plutôt spongieux. La composition de ce plat rendait difficile d'identifier l'élément que nous portions en bouche: l'oeuf, le fromage & la saveur du jambon venait enterrer tout ce mélange. Ce n'est pas un plat que je choisirais lorsque j'y retournerai
