I wouldn't recommend eating here! it isn't sanitary , the owner is very rude, agressive & just sits there all day. i waited an hour for my food to hear it being warmed up in a microwave in back. Unbelievable
A coworker told me about Jamrock & we were not disappointed! As soon as you walk in you can tell the food is going to be great. My friend had his first jerk chicken here & loved it! I had the oxtail & it was delicious. Would 100% recommend.
'Walking into Jamrock is like walking into a Jamaican grandma's kitchen on a Sunday afternoon. The aromatic smells of spices hit your frontal lobe like a quick jab from Tyson himself. The vibe is completely chill, relaxing, & welcoming. It's actually kind of harmonious seeing a mixed variety of people from all generations. It's such a pleasant vibe that you end up chatting it up with a complete stranger. I haven't seen so many people smiling in a restaurant like this since it was someone's birthday. Jamrock wouldn't be authentic without the sound of reggae music, dominoes, & patios being spoken. Depending on your order, you might have a wait, but this is normal because it's Jamaican food & you can't rush perfection. & let's talk about the food itself. It's nothing short of excellent. The flavors are vibrant & bold, exactly what you'd expect from authentic Jamaican cooking. The chef is a culinary genius, & every dish is prepared with incredible care. The staff is just as impressive-welcoming, attentive, & knowledgeable. They're a big reason why the vibe is so positive. Jamrock truly delivers on all fronts: a warm, inviting atmosphere, top-tier service, & food that will make you want to come back again & again.'

Good spot for Caribbean fix. The oxtail, macaroni salad was delicious. The portions are good size, you will not leave hungry. This is a relaxed vibe, grab a Ting while you wait. The goat soup with dumplings was also yum. Jerk chicken is a must here!
We Passed by this spot on the way into Montreal ! The pepper sauce is right up my alley nice & hot! The jerk chicken is moist & flavourful but i wouldnt say its jerk chicken , more like drum cooked bbq chicken! & the veggie slaw was fresh ,simple clean flavours nice ! I would eat here again ! The server was friendly

First time being here & it was amazing . My friend super Dave told me about this place . Hands down to the chef . The food was GOOD . Thank you I will be back again
The service is great & the food is extremely flavourful however I was extremely disappointed in the portion . I ordered the curry goat plate & they filled the plate with rice & I counted 5 pieces of actual goat & the rest bone . No reason I'm paying 18.99 + taxes for a goat plate but I'm getting 90% rice & 10% goat . This reason alone makes me not want to return but I may give it another try just for flavour but will definitely not return if they skimp on the meat again.
