I went with a friend today for drinks & appetizers. The service was amazing! Our server Tristan was really friendly & exceptional for speaking portuguese with me & my friend since one just spoke english & the other just French. The food was really good, all fresh & amazing. I will definitely come back to try the main dishes
I was skeptical to eat on Place Jacques-Cartier as it's a very touristy, busy spot. But this is the place to go! What an amazing experience. 10/10 on wine, food & service! I hope to be back when in Old Montreal again. Linguini Pescatore, probably one of the best seafood pastas I've had.

It was lunch time so we were checking places for food after wandering around the area & got attracted by the terrace sitting in this sunny & warm day of August 2024. The lunch menu was quite interesting & reasonably priced as well so we decided to give it a try. We were served by Dugan, who was very friendly, respectful, courteous & helpful with always a great smile. He was patient & took the time to introduce us to different dishes & gave us his personal preference & recommendations when asked. We took the chance with the "Calamari Fritti" as appetizer & "Poisson du Jour", which was a Seared Tuna steak served with farotto & some grilled vegetables... & boy, we were not disappointed by our choice, the calamari fritti was a pure delicacy, & the seared tuna was a thick chunk of perfectly seared tuna steak on the outside yet remained pinkish & tender inside, a joice to savour. For dessert, we went with Dugan's recommendation again & got some Tiramisu which was just delicious with an espresso to bring out the dark chocolate bitterness & flavor. This is a place that we would definitely come back again & highly recommend to all our friends & family. Also big thumbs up to Dugan for his top notch service that we appreciated very much...
A bit noisy inside. The sound level eased as the evening progressed. The service was very good. The food was an out of the park home run. Every dish was AAA & the dessert we chose was excellent as well. Highly recommended.
I had the truffle pasta & bruschetta, & both were absolutely delicious-highly recommended! Despite being part of a group of around 14 people, the service was impressively fast. Our server, Tristan, was fantastic he recommended great dishes & was very attentive throughout our meal. The décor is beautiful, with a perfect blend of rustic & modern aesthetics that creates a warm & inviting atmosphere. Creating a intimate atmosphere which is lovely for gatherings with friends or even next time a romantic dinner. The tiramisu was also pretty good, with its creamy texture & rich chocolatey flavour. While the prices are on the higher side, it's understandable given the Old Port location. For the quality of food & service, I would definitely return.
It is such a beautiful store. I recommend the beef bolognese. It is absolutely delicious. The outdoor space is beautiful with lots of vines going on the walls & beautiful candles. The indoor is so beautiful with a very old fashioned setup. It looks out on Old Montreal which is stunning & the food is just amazing.
During our weekend in Montreal, we caught in tropical storm Debby. The rain got so bad, we decided to pop into a local restaurant for lunch & wait the storm out. For a random find, Jacopo did not disappoint. We had the soup of the day which was a delicious pea soup. We shared a tomato mozzarella panini & an eggplant capicola panini. Both very good. The bread was soft & yummy & we loved the fresh ingredients in the salad that accompanied both sandwiches. Our server was friendly & attentive. Such a great lunch.
Excellent service chez Jacopo, notre serveur Fred Lavergne était particulièrement serviable & très sympathique! Merci beaucoup d'avoir rendu notre première expérience ici bien chaleureuse. La nourriture était également impeccable & nous avons adoré la musique (house jazz, indie cozy vibes). Situé au centre du vieux-port, ambiance très festive & animée un samedi soir. Très recommandé si vous cherchez un resto dans le coin.

Mon expérience au près du bar Roodney & Vic on offrir le meilleur cocktail 💯le service est 5 étoiles tu n'attendais pas vraiment pour avoir un drink & ni pour manger tout était parfait. Très magnifique soirée Merci beaucoup ☺️
The food was alright, the service on the other hand wis horrible. We waited about 45minutes to get our food. Even the seved water was warm in a hot day. The drink was served late. The waiter was cold & even served our drink with messiness. I would not recommend or go back there myself.
Fred was a wonderful waiter! He was also so patient & kind with the 6 children we had with our party, who were seated at the table next to us, ordering for themselves. He even helped us translate tickets we had for an excursion, from French to English. Terrific experience overall!
I went to this restaurant with a couple of friends, the ambiance was really nice, the waitress Valentina was 10/10 service, she was always around when we needed to order & was very friendly & efficient. I ordered a T Bone Steak & it was 10/10, as well as the drinks. Really recommend if looking for an Italian restaurant around the old port area in Montreal

Sa connaissance du menu & ses recommandations judicieuses ont grandement amélioré notre expérience culinaire. Grâce à son service exceptionnel, notre soirée a été des plus agréables. Je recommande vivement de visiter ce restaurant pour profiter de la délicieuse cuisine & du service hors pair de Valentina.
