An inviting Italian spot in Old Montreal where the vibe is warm and refined and the menu centers on fresh pasta and seafood, with the cheese wheel pasta prepared at the table standing out; service is consistently attentive and friendly, guiding guests through dishes and accommodating dietary needs and celebrations; the atmosphere on both the main floor and the terrace is lively yet comfortable, making it ideal for dates, groups, or special occasions, and the wine list and desserts beautifully complement the meals.
Great place. The food is amazing. The atmosphere is very nice & viby. Has outside seating or indoor seating. The service is great. But the main thing is the food. We tried a lot of their dishes & they were delicious. My favorite was the sea food Fettuccini. Their focaccia bread was amazing too. Definitely a must go place if you are in the old port
I had the best experience at Jacopo, it was my friends 25th birthday & the manager Dalil & waiter Sean really made it an incredible night & experience for us! The food was incredible & so were the drinks!
Ate here during our Montreal trip on our 21st anniversary. The food was excellent. We enjoyed the look of the dining area & it's in a great spot for other entertainment options. I would agree that the food is quite pricey & it feels like they nickel & dime you for things that most restaurants include (bread). I did add to our reservation that it was our 21st anniversary & it was not acknowledged at all by the staff. Nothing offered or any congratulations etc. The waiter was just ok. He was a bit rushed & seemed a bit bothered by answering any questions we had even as first time diners. Overall this was the biggest thing lacking was service. For the quality of the food & price I would expect much better.
Such a great Italian spot! The staff was incredibly welcoming from the moment we walked in. Special thanks to Aurelia who was hands down the most genuine & kind server I've had in a long time. The food was absolutely divine from start to finish. Will definitely be coming back!
Outstanding taste & authentic Italian cuisine with excellent service from our waiter, whose name means Sadness. But we will always remember his smile. I forgot his name, unfortunately, but it starts with T
