I went to this restaurant with a couple of friends, the ambiance was really nice, the waitress Valentina was 10/10 service, she was always around when we needed to order & was very friendly & efficient. I ordered a T Bone Steak & it was 10/10, as well as the drinks. Really recommend if looking for an Italian restaurant around the old port area in Montreal
Le service au restaurant Jacopo, assuré par la serveuse Valentina, était impeccable. Valentina s'est montrée très professionnelle, attentive & chaleureuse tout au long de notre repas. Sa connaissance du menu & ses recommandations judicieuses ont grandement amélioré notre expérience culinaire. Grâce à son service exceptionnel, notre soirée a été des plus agréables. Je recommande vivement de visiter ce restaurant pour profiter de la délicieuse cuisine & du service hors pair de Valentina.

We recently celebrated a birthday at Jacopo & it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we started planning, the staff was incredibly helpful with the logistics & communication with our event planner & decorator. They ensured everything was perfectly set up for our special occasion & that the room was ready to be decorated by the event company. The food came quickly & was delicious. Our server, Antoine, was exceptional. He was attentive, friendly, & went above & beyond to create a memorable experience for everyone. The entire evening was seamless, & we couldn't have asked for a better server. Highly recommend!
Lovely restaurant in the heart of Old Montreal. We had a beautiful birthday dinner here with excellent service by Dugan & Igor. Dugan recommended a wine on the menu which I enjoyed & was very knowledgeable, warm & welcoming. Such a good experience!

The place is amazing, the food is great & the waiter that welcomed us, Dugar, was so nice, he discovered we were Brazilians & started speaking Portuguese with us. Highly recommended :)
Nice place to stop for lunch, drinks or dinner. Great atmosphere. Located in a wonderful part of old Montreal really close to the St. Lawrence river. I recommend.
Absolutely beautiful Italian restaurant located in the Old Port of Montreal neighborhood. This was an extremely refreshing switch up after we came to Montreal for the chaos of the Formula 1 weekend. Our server was very kind, & the atmosphere of eating pasta & drinking wine on the old cobblestone streets of Old Port while listening to street musicians playing beautiful music makes you feel as if you are in Europe. Our party ordered the Suppli al Telefono as an appetizer, which was a perfect portion & absolutely delicous. The wine list was well rounded, although certainly a bit pricey - not easy to get a mid-tier priced bottle to share, but we were satisfied with the Sangiovese that we ended up with. We ordered a variety of pastas & they were all delicious & certainly not too expensive for what we got! For anyone going to Montreal I would recommend eating here & visiting the Old Port area, taking a stroll on the river & enjoying the ambiance.
J'ai eu le plaisir de souper au Jacopo! J'ai adoré du début à la fin. L'accueil est chaleureux, mais un gros coup de coeur pour notre serveur!! Le service à Agéric était impeccable. Il était à l'écoute & m'a recommandé un plat délicieux! Je recommande le restaurant!

Nous avons décidé d'essayer une nouvelle place pour le brunch. C'était pas fameux. Nous n'avons pas aimé. La cadre est beau, le service impeccable mais pour la nourriture, je ne recommande pas.
Merci à AG pour son service impeccable & sa courtoisie. Si vous venez au jacopo, vous serez charmé per son service. Je vous le recommande fortement. & belle terrasse
I was in MTL for a girls trip & I came to Jacopo on a last minute plan. I had Tristan as my server & he provided absolutely excellent service & If anyone is looking to get some good pasta & exceptional tiramisu I would definitely recommend this place.
